- PRECISE TEMPERATE REGULATION: Temperature technology instantly boils water at the optimum temperature for each process – steaming, extraction, and finishing. This thorough temperature control and management ensures the ideal taste. Simultaneously, BALMUDA The Brew automatically calculates the steeping time and pouring volume. It drops the right amount of hot water at precise intervals. Its careful drip in 0.2㎖ increments concentrates rich aromas and flavors.
- BYPASS POURING, CLEAR AFTERTASTE: As the brewing time progresses, optimal flavors are extracted from the beans. The brewer then stops pouring water into the dripper and adds a separate finishing water through a second spout in order to regulate the condensed components and temperature of the coffee. This new technique achieves both a strong flavor and a clear aftertaste.

I have to laugh at some of the comments in other reviews. “It’s very expensive.” I sold my $3500 automatic and bought this for $629. It makes a better cup of coffee, and I’m way happier with it. “It basically just pours water over coffee grounds.” No, it does much more than that, go look at some youtube reviews about the technology. There isn’t a drip machine out there that can make coffee this well, especially one that costs $50. I would have to ask what kind of coffee is that person drinking. “It makes coffee about the same as my french press.” Duh, but that’s completely manual. This might be the easiest way to get pour over or french press quality coffee. I love it. Sure, you can make only one 12oz coffee at a time, but that’s the point. Every cup is freshly made. Definitely not for the person looking for a 12 cup drip machine. This is for the coffee lover that has been doing pour over but tired of standing there doing it. It makes a great cup each and every time.

Have been using it for about a month now and it brews a perfect cup of coffee every time! It also has this background ‘noise’ that it makes as it brews which creates a nice soothing sound. I have used several other coffee machines and for a simple black coffee this exceeds my expectations.

In my search for the perfect coffee machine, i’ve been through several. Finally found this one which checks all the boxes. It’s compact, simple, consistent, easy to operate, easy to clean and looks like an art piece on the kitchen counter. Before i purchased, I did see 1 video which had dramatic ticktock music and steam surging out and thought that was all marketing. After the easy plug an play, it was like a show. The orange light goes on, the ticktocking is really the machine, like it’s talking to you. Then, the show continues as the steam really does surge, pause, surge… quite entertaining and feels suspenseful.
If they made one that brewed 4 cups, I would have opted for that, but it’s so easy, to brew, I can make 2 pots wwith ease. Highly recommend
Overall, I couldn’t be happier.
