   Love this! Use often! Can Make full pot or 1/2 pot and or whatever amount I want depending how many spoons of Coffee I add. Just put in grounds………….then add Boiling water. Stir with wood or plastic so as not to injure glass pot. Let stand a few minutes and plunge. When pouring. Pour out all liquid; take out plunger and let grounds dry . Use paper towel to get all grounds into garbage. Don’t clog your drain by pouring grounds down your pipes.

   Nice Color; Size; Seems durable……be careful not to break glass canister. Keeps coffee hot for a while as it is heat resistant glass. Taste determined by how you make coffee.

   Le système Bodum est toujours de bonne qualité et la couleur très sympa. Mais la tige est trop courte. Elle ne descend pas jusqu’en bas de la cafetière. Si vous ne mettez pas beaucoup de café, vous ne pourrez pas le presser. Dommage. Je voulais une cafetière polyvalente de 3 à 6 tasses. Avec elle ça ne marche pas. Je ne trouve aucune cafetière 4 tasses. Donc j’ai ressorti ma cafetière 2 tasses et je fais mon café 2 fois. Déçue

   This is our second French press. Our first was a 4-cup Bodum, which was (and still is) working well. That press is just a little small for us. We wanted a larger press to get more coffee out of one process (heating the water, measuring the grounds, steeping, etc.).

   It’s a good size and makes a little bit over 6 (8-oz) cups of coffee. If you’re like me, that is more practically about 4 coffee mugs (depending on the size of your mug, of course). We are very happy with the size. We end up making coffee twice using this press, as opposed to making at least 3 “batches” using the smaller, 4-cup version.

   If you’re new to the French press, we suggest you get an electric kettle as well. Using a French press is not as simple as pushing a button on a drip coffee maker, but it is still very easy to use. But, the results! If you want your morning coffee to taste amazing, this is a great way to get there. I’m convinced that no drip coffee maker can match the French Press, and Bodum makes a great one.

   La prensa es fantástica. Leí muchos comentarios negativos sobre la prensa. Muchos que hacian referencia a la mala calidsd del cristal. El cristal es calidad de laboratorio, es resistente al calor. Lo que no significa que sea irrompible. Es importante hacer uso adecuado conforme a las indicaciones del fabricante. El embalaje es regular, solo venia envuelta en “plasticos burbuja” dentro de una caja sin nada que impidiera su movimiento. Algo muy negativo, la caja no traía ninguna etiqueta de frágil, lo que creo que sería muy importante para objetos de crital. Ojalá “coffeemakers.us.com” lea esto. Hagan uso de la prensa adecuadamente y tendrán prenda por mucho tiempo.

    Love my little FP! This little baby can make one small cup of coffee (8 oz) the temperature of the coffee is perfect. It’s easy to clean I would just point out DO NOT go shoving your hand inside because the glass is durable but delicate. Water capacity is perfect. Taste the coffee because it will never be as bad as a keurig. It should come in several colors if you don’t like black. Love the design.

    Low quality for Bodum. The plastic handle does not feel securely attached at the top making using this thing feel unsecure and flimsy. Plastic is different quality and color than the 12 oz version of this.
