   es buena solo tienes que encontrarle el punto al cafe que le pondras yo batalle un poco con eso ya que se tapava y se tiraba por todos lados el cafe mejor compre un filtro de plastico y ya no se a tapado , lo otro que tiene es que trae una jarra para 10 tazas pero al vaciarla en la cafetera no le caben las 10 tazas solo 8 tengo q esperar a que vaje el nibel y luego le pongo el resto del agua por eso le pongo 3 ilustran la bolsa de viaje y no la trae

   Pros: • Portable fresh coffee without having to lug around a camping stove this is a good choice Cons: • Paint immediately began melting off on its very first brew. There is an odor of paint fumes while brewing. Hopefully this will subside but now doesn’t look so nice and will be prone to rust. • Carafe is glass (as pictured from the seller). It seems counter intuitive to have glass on a portable machine. • Carrying case is not included as pictured from the seller. They should remove that photo. I knew this before purchasing but it would be nice to include this since this machine was about $85 a few years ago. Conclusion: Despite some complaints I am happy with the purchase for it’s convenience. Now I can brew coffee at our early morning sporting events without having to find a coffee shop, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar field or town. It would have been nice to include a carrying case and stainless carafe. I wish it was made in the USA and quality was better. Other reviews have mentioned an issue with finding coffee filters. I just purchased the Bunn coffee filters (8-12 cup size) and it seems to fit ok. They do not go up to the top of the grind bin but the diameter works.

   I just got this to replace the other Coleman coffee maker that needs to be placed on a burner. That coffee maker is painfully slow and had begun to fail due to lots of use. I haven’t brewed coffee with this yet, but I did the initial “clean out” pot of greasy water. 1: The unit brewed the entire pot in 21 minutes (80 degree outdoor temperature). 2: The unit didn’t hold the whole 10 cups, but it wasn’t 4 cups short as others have indicated. I fount it about 1/2-3/4 of a cup short. 3: the unit didn’t seem to “lose” and water during the brew, as others have indicated. The brewed pot had just under the 10 cup mark after it was finished (picture attached of pot after the fresh water brew). I will update the review once I have had a few pots of actual coffee through it.

   Much better than the previous camping Coleman coffee maker we had. We had the one that sits on top of the grill previously which was a constant battle not to melt the plastic filter holder flame high or low.. No worries with this one. Turn on the propane, hit the button, 20 minutes later amazing coffee.Brews much faster than the grill top. The unit itself gets a little hot so don’t sit your marshmallows next to it.Well worth the investment. Don’t go camping without it. The only con was the glass carafe it came with, but I guess that so they can get you to buy the metal one… which I did. Love it!

   I used this for a camping trip and it worked great. As others have said there was no bag included and I must say that would’ve been nice to have. It made a few cups of coffee that were hot during our trip that was nice to have by the fire. I didn’t have any leaks during the first use and the size of it is a little larger than a regular Mr coffee pot. The design worked well for what it is.

It’s nice to have a complete coffee maker, and now I don’t have to use one of the burners to keep my coffee hot. Just set it up, the night before, and when you get up turn it on and a way you go.     The first thing I did when I got this coffee pot was set it all up and brew a pot of hot water to see how quickly it worked and to see how clear the water was on the first brewing. They say it takes 18 minutes to brew a pot but that is because it percolates slowly as a drip coffeemaker. From ignition to the water first dripping into the coffee basket took 10 seconds. There is a neat little feature like most coffee pots at home have that allow you to remove the pot when it’s half done and pour a cup without it dripping onto the burner plate. I highly recommend the stainless steel carafe if you’re going to carry this around in your truck, camper, or take it down any dirt roads. The glass pot just strikes me as fragile, like all the other glass coffee pots I’ve owned. ATTENTION: The plastic Doohickey that lets you remove the coffee pot and not drip coffee halfway through brewing was broken when I received my coffee pot. This was a manufacturing defect and not coffeemakers.us.com’s fault or UPS. This was probably the best packaged thing I have ever received from coffeemakers.us.com. It was in three boxes with Styrofoam etc. all of the boxes were in perfect condition upon arrival to my house. So I decided to call Coleman and ask if they could replace that part. Their customer service was amazing and even though I’ve been buying Coleman for years I have never had the opportunity or need to call them. I will be a loyal customer for years to come because of this experience. I had a new coffee pot within five days and it didn’t cost me a penny more!!

    It was always a struggle making a good cup of coffee while camping. It is a great product…But there is a catch. The pictures show it coming with a carrying bag. NO BAG WAS INCLUDED! I have searched everywhere, coffeemakers.us.com,ebay, and even the coleman website. Kinda bummed. For $130 it should come with one. Going to have to find some lunch cooler or something.

    I’m literally glued to this coffee maker as I also use it for hot water (for my tea) and ramen cooker. It brews really fast! I took it to the windy beach of Port Aransas and it heated up the water/brewed coffee without any issue. Built solid (except the plastic coffee holder- I’m super gentle in handling it). Looking forward to many more glamping with this bad boy.

    Item arrived with no carrying bag. Product images show the carrying bag as an individual photo in the the slides indicating it’s included. It does not say sold separately anywhere in the product description. There is also a photo of the propane cylinder attached to the coffee maker but the description does clearly state that is NOT included.     I have tried about every type of non-electric coffee maker and percolator out there. Just brewed my first pot on the Quikpot… could not have been easier! Just attach a propane tank, click the auto start and wait for your coffee. Highly recommend.

    Best work investment I have purchased so far! I’m a firefighter and like to have coffee on the line late at night or early mornings and this product handles just that!! On medium it takes about 20min to make 10 cups and runs out of water. You have to pour in an additional 8oz of water to get 12 cups. On high it takes about 30min same scenerio. Not a complaint but if you want coffee you gotta start it early. The video and picture was testing it. I have used it twice since then with no issues so far. Thanks!!

The 3rd and 4th pots took an additional 10 minutes to brew and the 5th one only brewed 1/2 pot after 30 minutes of brewing. Then, it was no more. It’s going to the coffee pot grave yard.     What a horrible, no good, almost useless piece of camping equipment this is. Took ONE HOUR to get 8 cups of coffee (despite filling with more than ten cups). Coffee taste is mediocre, goes through too much propane per fill, glass pot (not good for travel), cumbersome and remember… the entire unit gets very hot which means you have to wait before you leave for your next campsite. If we could return it, we would. Horrendous.

    I really enjoyed the coffe pot while camping. It took from 15-20 minutes to brew the coffee. I used the same propane cylinder for the four mornings we were camping. The coffee maker gets hot, we set it on some scrap wood to keep it from direct contact with the table.

    Great coffee maker! Takes about 20 minutes to brew a pot, but when you’re out camping in the bush it’s well worth the wait. Used it this summer to make multiple pots everyday for a week straight and had no issues. Seems to be really good on propane as well. I also bought the Coleman QuikPot stainless steel carafe to go with it as I felt it would hold up much better then the glass pot. Definitely was the most popular item on our camping trip this summer. I look forwarding to using this during the ice fishing season this winter!

    We bought this new this year and have used it camping several times. We found that it makes great tasting coffee and is simple to operate. The carafe is 10 cup while the water tank capacity is just 8 (the picture shown is a full tank). The spark igniter failed already but there is a lighting hole on the right that’s more predictable to operate. It takes the flat bottom paper filters but really needs a taller filter.
