Horrible company. I contacted them because the espresso side of my coffee machine stopped working. That side just would not get hot, but the drip side still worked. It had been given to me as a birthday gift. They had me send images and video and receipts. Then they said I could get a refund if I cut the wire. I explained that I thought this was wasteful and harmful to the environment. I said I could donate it. Who has police like this anymore? Do just create more waste. They then began just trolling me in email responses. Completely ignoring my concerns and questions and then stopped responding all together.

I bought this machine because we drink a lot of coffee during the work week. I thought that having the duel machine would be convenient. Was excited to make our own espresso but that part isn’t what I expected. The double shot barely works. If you pack it like normal it barely trickles out and your left with a soupy mess. Single shot works ok tho. Within a week we were back to using just the regular coffee maker.
Personally, I think it’s more work and clean up than it’s worth. You’re paying for the idea of a duel machine and not the actual functionality of it. It’s an expensive way to brew a pot of coffee.
I’d send it back but the box was damaged when my husband opened it.
