   Love everything about this coffee maker and gave it 4 stars only because I am spoiled with first world problems apparently. Wished it had the timer to know how much time left before the warming plate kicked off. You can set it to turn off after 1 hr-4 hr. But have to keep track on your own…no countdown or way to know.
   Other than this the carafe does not leak when pouring like our Ninja did which we loved but hated the Carafe. I love this hot water spigot off the side. You can make a pot of coffee with one water chamber and it has a second chamber for water that you can use also to make a cup of whatever else you or your kid might want like tea or cocoa. Both can be used at the same time. You can also set temp of coffee. It has a gauge you can see for the carafe side water tank. Wish there was also a gauge for the Per cup side tank. It holds about 3- 16 oz cups of water on that side. 3 big coffee mugs. Probably one of my favorite buys in a while in regards to kitchen items.

   This was such a disappointing purchase. I loved my first coffee/tea station by Cuisinart, which sadly started leaking and died. They no longer make that one, and this is their new version. I’m glad I had a gift card to use towards this because it is not really worth the price. The design sucks. It’s long, so awkwardly sticks out and it’s awkward to add the water without spilling over because the chamber is a small width. You cannot tell how much water is in the tea chamber and the spout moves if you bump it (then drips) and it’s on the side with a small, detachable base (that you have to take off if you have a taller mug.
   It all works, but the design is disappointing and if you loved the first one, guaranteed you will not be happy with this one.

   This is a very good coffee maker. My husband drinks things that are directed to help with his illness. The separate hot water chamber is great for that. Also for my tea.

   Best coffee maker i have ever owned. The hot water feature for tea is a huge bonus. Having 2 heat settings to keep coffee hotter is great.

   Was initially happy with the product until it leaked water all over our counter overnight when set for auto brewing the next morning. We returned the item for replacement and second unit did the same thing. Obviously a Cuisinart design problem. Wish they just stuck with their original coffee + hot water machine, it was fantastic!!

   purchased our fist Cuisinart two years ago which did not last a year. I wrote to Cuisinart but never received a reply. I thought it may have just been a defect in the product, it worked less than one year. I gave Cuisinart another try in the photo above. This one was purchased in March of 2024 not working by June 20, 2024. STAY AWAY FROM CUISINART, THEIR PRODUCT IS TRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE. Still waiting for a response!!!!!

   Coffee machines sure have improved since I bought my last one. My new house doesn’t have a garbage disposal which isn’t a big deal until I realized making my French press coffee was a pain without one. Having tried a pour-over I was tired of not getting coffee that was strong enough and stayed warm. This machine does it all.

   A real plus? The 2 reservoirs. I love that there are 2 reservoirs one for coffee and one for hot water so my tea tastes like tea without tasting like tea with a splash of coffee.

   Love this coffee maker and highly recommend it. Some complained of leaking and I didn’t have that problem; there is a plug on the bottom to empty the reservoirs so maybe they haven’t checked that it’s tight enough or something.

    I had an older model with the same coffee and hot water dispenser functions. This newer model significantly cuts down on counter space and still provides hot water as quickly and efficiently. I gave my son the older model that still works fine.

    It seems like a no brainer for s coffee maker to also have hot water on tap but it took a lot of searching to find this one to replace a different unit that had that feature. This works well, the hot water is hot and it’s also easier to clean than the last coffee maker. Worth every penny and I hope more manufacturers include this feature for us tea and hot chocolate drinkers.
