   We love this coffee maker! I love the 2 extra cups it provides. I adore the color (copper). It matches my bronze/copper kitchen beautifully. Our favorite feature though is the carafe pour spout. No drips or spills!! The one we are replacing was very messy. All the great features will be explored in due time and I will update those later. As of now we are satisfied with our filtered, hot cups of coffee! The other thing I particularly like about it is that it’s hefty without being too large. Even the carafe handle is thick and solid. All in all I have no complaints and am very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely recommend.

   Makes great coffee although I will not purchase another Cuisinart product. Reason: almost 6 months to the day the Unit leaked almost all the water onto counter and floor. Second unit I’ve had: first one I had for several years until it leaked…thinking that was because of age of unit, I ordered a new one. Cuisinart is replacing current unit BUT with a shipping cost of $10 as well as me returning the cut cord of damaged unit at MY expense. The coffeemaker is beautiful and again makes great coffee BUT there is a definite problem with leaks, as I now see via internet with other customers. One would think that the company would solve this problem…but MADE IN CHINA!! BUYER BEWARE!!

   The Cuisinart DCC-3200CP is a solid appliance. This is our second one. Dependable. Easy control preferences to set (clock setting, brew strength, how hot it keeps the coffee, how long it stays on, completion beep). Programmable, of course. The first unit was used virtually every day from July 2019 until December of 2023 (over 1500 pots brewed), when it developed a leak that I couldn’t locate. Unfortunately, we also had to replace the carafe in 2021 when the handle became loose and irreparable. The new copper finish goes nicely with our current kitchen decor.

   Love the copper color I had new filters and parts from the previous machine they fit this one too. The previous one had the kcup thing and was a 12cup. The kcup part started leaking after 3 1/2 yrs so upgraded to this 14 cup. So far I like it. Still have to be careful pouring when its full I think I just want to pour it to fast I guess it dribbles. Coffee tastes great. I ended up getting a keurig for k cups cappuccino milk steamer all in one instead of the combined Cuisinart this time. I use both machines. The big pot in the morning the other for a one cup of whatever late in the day. I rarely waste money at the coffee shops cant afford a $6-8 coffee everyday. Have a mix of metalscand chromes love the copper as a contrast. Only complaint is the lid on the pot did same thing on the previous you cant pour quickly or it spills dribbles.

    I absolutely love this coffee maker! My last Cuisinart coffee maker lasted 7 years. I really liked it also. This one has great added features. The LED screen is large and easily readable very easy to set and program. Easy to change the brew to BOLD, the clean light tyhat lets you know when you need to decalcify, and more. I was worried about going from a 12 cup maker to a 14 cup that it would take up more counter space and be a lot taller. Nope! They were the same height but the carafe is wider. Super happy with this purchase. I hope that cuisinart will make a copper coffee grinder as well. ☕❤

    An update. The carafe copper coating started peeling. I guess it was made during pandemic or post pandemic when quality control was lacking. Never underestimate warranty. Cuisinart warranty works within 3 years from purchase date. Register your product on Cuisinart website. I contacted Cuisinart Customer Service and after submitting proof of purchase (go to your coffeemakers.us.com order history and save your order invoice) and received my carafe replacement soon after that. Happy customer here.

    This coffee maker makes a good cup of coffee I have no issues. Then again I’m not super picky so as long as it makes hot coffee I’m good. I do wish the top of the glass coffee pot was attached with a hinge. Other than that it’s perfect and goes great in my kitchen as well. The copper color is amazing.

    Finally back in stock! We have the 12 cup model and it really is a simple and reliable way to make coffee. Everything works perfectly – great pot of coffee every time. Just flawless. But somehow in the morning my 2nd cup is short a few sips of coffee. We have really bit mugs. We just wanted a bit more coffee. Not a whole pot – just a couple more cups. Our new place has a copper sink and I thought a copper coffee pot would be the perfect touch. I hummed and hawed and finally decided to buy this upgrade. Just as I hit the “buy” button this thing goes out of stock. Worse, at the time it was an coffeemakers.us.com exclusive. Nobody had one – and I really did look hard. I kept my eye on this model on and off over the past 6 months and suddenly it’s back. I hit the ORDER button and it arrived yesterday. What a beauty! It’s not a cheap shiny bright copper but more of a muted pink/brown shade of copper. It’s exactly what I wanted. I should be mad because the identical model in silver, red, black or white can be had for about $40 less at most big box stores. But after searching high and low for this color I’m just glad it’s finally available.

    We LOVE this coffee maker. It is beautiful and feels very expensive. We upgraded from a Mr. Coffee brand so we’re definitely pleased with our purchase. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The coffee is piping hot and tastes gourmet. The color of the coffee is even darker too. Not watered down tasting or looking. The settings work flawlessly. The copper color is to die for and so unique! We have only had this coffee maker for a week but if we have any issues in the future I’ll update my review.

    The first one was defective and just hissed and spit instead of brewing. I had to repack to return but I got another and it works fine. I got it because the finish matched my kitchen but honestly, a $40 pot would be just at good at making coffee.
