I had been shopping for a good coffee machine at a great price! It’s a “in-between” coffee maker; not cheap nor too expensive! I mean who doesn’t like a deal! I went on several websites and ultimately decided on this 3 in 1 coffee machine on coffeemakers.us.com! I like the options of either regular coffee, cap or frap! It brews as expected and easy to clean! I reuse the same filter and let me mention that it has held up very well even after a year later! The steamer has been working as expected, a nice froth to your liking! I definitely recommend this machine!

When it works correctly, it’s good. But a diaphragm tore within days and De’Longhi basically told us “too bad.” They did SELL us a replacement part. Sometimes the machine just won’t make the coffee shots and we have to discard the grounds and start all over; it rarely fails twice in a row, not that that’s any consolation. We wouldn’t purchase this brand again.
