   This is a great little coffee maker for single serve of small medium or large cups of coffee. This is really simple to use and the setup was fast. The greatest thing about this coffee maker versus others I have had and used is the fact that this can actuallbe easily hooked up to the water source behind your kitchen refrigerator eliminating the need to constantly fill the water reservoir from the sink or it can be used without a water source. It really only took 15 to 20 minuets and a wrench to hook this up to water and I love it. This also came with a filter K-cup that can be used with regular bag coffee grounds and some paper filters to eliminate the mess. This would make a great gift and I would recommend this to friends and family.

   The product came missing parts and does not function properly. You have to prepoke your kcup or it explodes and overflows. It does an ok job but I can’t really recommend it except for a space saver while you save up for something else.

   I ordered this machine for my husband office. It is perfect for that, because it is small, looks good and it is very quiet!! We have 4 other coffee machines at the house and they all make pretty loud sound, but this one does not. We try it with kcup and with the reusable cup and worked perfectly. Very easy to use, easy to fill the reservoir. We use it with our 12 oz cups, it can fit a size bigger, but I don’t think it will fit those taller ones. A good thing of this machine is that it comes with the hose and connections to put it directly to the water system. We did not use that. My husband is very happy with it. Works perfectly.

   Purchased this to replace my broken ICoffee machine. It looks nice and doesn’t take up much room on the counter which is a plus, however it feels cheap. I did not hook up the waterline just filled the tank with bottled water for the first cup, added my coffee pod and brewed. When I returned to retrieve my cup of coffee I found a mess. The maker did not poke a hole in the bottom of the pod it bent it and there was coffee and grounds everywhere. After cleaning the mess I was able to brew a nice cup of coffee. Another drawback for me is that a travel cup will not fit underneath. I will be returning the unit.

   The javapod makes a great cup of coffee. Two pod choices – k-cup or use an included filter and pod container. I use the Keurig pod and this machine makes a better tasting cup than my old Keurig machine. Easy to use. My favorite feature is the included direct line plumbing attachment; which is easy to use and easy to plumb. I love to watch the javapod refill the reservoir. Best coffee maker ever. I love it!!

   This machine is easy to plumb into your waterline so you never have to fill the tank manually again. The unit is compact, nicely made and looks to better than a Keurig, in my opinion. It certainly makes better coffee than the Keurig I returned or the replacement Keurig sent to me, after weeks of debating that their newest model didn’t work properly. When the replacement arrived, I gave it away. Love this machine and would absolutely buy again. Great coffee, great value and well made at a great price. Doesn’t make. 12 oz cup but I’m fine with a smaller better serve. I would buy again and highly recommend.

   I like the JAVAPOD 1 K CUP BREWER WITH REUSABLE POD CAPSULE for its versatility and quick operation. The JAVAPOD 1 is a unique single serve coffee maker as it can be permanently connected to a water supply or used in the traditional way by putting water in the reservoir as required. All instructions and parts are provided for a non reversible permanent installation. If ability to reverse ( rental for example ) is a requirement then some extra bits are required. These are called out in the instructions. There is a cut off valve provided in the Install Kit. We plan to use in the conventional method as this is installed at a vacation location. This is the easiest K Cup Type coffee maker I have used. I have owned three and used many as I traveled. Lift a handle to insert/remove the K Cup or single serve capsule. The top switch is On/ Off. The indicator is Red when it is on. Three button below allow selection of the size coffee desired. Clear on each lighted button is the size of the coffee cup. When the coffee maker is activated with the On/Off switch the cup lights will flash. There is also a Blue Light in the water level that comes on with a soft glow. When the lights quit flashing the machine is ready to make coffee. This process is very fast and the quickest I have experienced with this type of machine. Yes…. it does make a good cup of coffee ( in my opinion)! The machine will automatically turn off in sixty (60) minutes. Provided with the unit is a Use & Care Guide. Most of the guide is taken up with Installation Instructions for the permanent water supply. However eight pages are devoted to Operation, changes in mode of operation, maintaining and cleaning. At the end of the Guide is Warranty Information pertaining to the 1-Year Limited Warranty. Technical data is included. Recommended Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star

A coffeemakers.us.com Representative Suggested This Coffee Maker And I Decided To Try It! I’m Happy, I’ve Had A Few Problems With Small Amount Of Leaking And I Figured I Probably Put In Too Much Water! Yet I’m Basically Happy With It!     Have used a Uniserve maker for several years. It bit the dust so I decided to get another. I have a direct water hook up. This coffee pot makes great coffee however, it only dispenses 6oz no matter which button I press. I went through the manual and tried to reset…6 oz only. Customer service didn’t return my call but did reply to my email…with a link to the manual, which I told them I’d already done. I’ve sent two more emails and no reply. I’m returning through coffeemakers.us.com and purchasing another one hoping it will work. I’ll let you know. C-;

    Our old coffee maker was on the way out, Got tired of Luke warm coffee. So we thought we’d give this one a try. The first one that showed up was missing a few parts so we sent it back. They were prompt to send us another unit. It was fairly easy to set up and use. I have to admit the constant fill feature is an absolute game changer! Not having to fill it up every 4 to 5 cup is awesome. The water line Did vibrate a little, But smoothed out after a couple of days. Now we enjoy a nice Hot cup of coffee.     EDIT: So 9 months in and this coffee maker stopped working. It now just makes a lot of noise and a few dribbles of water. I don’t recommend this if you’re expecting it to last very long. This is fine, although the “Large” cup is not all that large. The small is tiny. Pros: It seems to work well, and I like having the ability to connect it to plumbing. It does come with a nice loose coffee filter with replacement paper filters in addition to the screened basket. It also has a front-facing tank-fill height indicator. Cons: The cup sizes could be better. The small is tiny, the Large is basically just a full ordinary coffee cup. It would be nice if large was more for using with travel mugs and large coffee cups. Finally, it does drip for several seconds after it “finishes”, so wait a bit before removing the cup.

    These are my initial impressions after only 2-days of use. Will update if things go south. This is replacing a four year old Keurig K155 commercial direct plumbed machine that cost several hundred dollars. The Keurig has had a pump go out and now two capacitors. It was too expensive to be this unreliable. I was lucky to come across this JAVAPod when looking for direct plumbed coffee makers as it originally did not come up in coffeemakers.us.coms search results. For some reason direct pluming is not a feature many people are interested in. All of the other direct plumb coffee makers were very expensive commercial models. This JAVAPod appears to be the exact same machine as the Mixpresso and Mueller Austria coffee machine except with the direct plumbing option. The included direct plumb kit is very complete with everything most people would want or need to connect to existing line. It doesn’t include a filter though, but I’m connecting to a RO system so I don’t need one. It looks nice (I ordered the black/white) and it has a small footprint so it doesn’t take up much counter space. When first turned on it takes about 30 second to heat up the water, then it’s ready to go. It has an auto-off timer that can be set for 15min, 1hr, or 2hr. It doesn’t work with a smart outlet as you have to press the power button. The three cup sizes are (according to the manual) 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz. The 10oz fills up my mug more than the 10oz on my Keurig does. I’ll actually use the 8oz more frequently (UPDATE: the actual cup sizes are 8, 10, and 12 oz.) . While brewing the pump causes one of the side panels to vibrate and doesn’t sound great. I’ll try to fix that. Once the pump turns off, it is not yet done; you need to wait for the beep or you’ll waste some coffee in the catcher. The brew is piping hot, which it not always the case in these K-cup machines. One big plus is that reusable K-cups work perfectly in this machine, not always the case with my Keurig. As it stands right now, this is a great little coffee machine, and with the direct plumb kit there is nothing else that comes close at this price point. And even if it only last as long as the Keurig, at this price it won’t hurt to get another one.

    Bought it November 22, 2022. It worked fine for a few months. Biggest problem is that it was too short for our cups, so we use one cup and pour it into our usual travel mugs.

    2 weeks ago it stopped working. I think it is the heating element. It blinks but never finished preheat cycle. It will dispense cold water if you hold the power button, but no heat.

    Contacted the company, Drinkpod. They take 24 hours to respond to their chat feature, and are not helpful. Not happy.

    I wanted a machine that included the ability to be directly plumbed in. This one has worked out great so far as pretty much everything needed is included. I happened to have on hand a kit for a refrigerator that I had never used so that is what I used to tap into a cold water line. But from there to the coffee machine was really easy thanks to all the components needed being included. The Keurig machine it replaces can take larger travel mugs but that is a minor inconvenience. I like that it was easy to reprogram the 3 cup sizes to a set that works better for the size of cups we usually use. So far it has met all of my expectations, including the ability to use the set of reusable cups I have on hand, including coming with a new one, plus a package of paper filter cups. Great value for the price!

    Its decent. I like how you can run tubing from your R/O so you never have to fill the water tank. My gripes are that it doesn’t get very hot and the largest coffee size is not very big at all. I think it maxes out at 10 Oz. I’m used to 14 Oz. cups with my old coffee maker…all in all it’s not terrible for what it is at this price point.

    The user guide troubleshooting page addresses this dry pump issue, but I found user answers to be more helpful. Fill the water tank and then raise and lower the tank into the base several times. Every time the tank is seated you should notice air bubbles released. I had to do this procedure maybe a dozen times until no more air bubbles visible. Plug in the machine then PRESS and HOLD the power button until water starts to flow.

    I’ll start by saying this a great coffee maker. With my previous coffee maker it seemed like I was filling up the water reservoir every other time I went for a cup of coffee, but that is no longer a concern. I will say, however, I had serious issues with the adapter included with the coffee maker that connects the 1/4″ plastic water line to braided steel line. It leaked horribly in the middle of the adapter which indicates some sort of internal failure. I had to spend more money by replacing this bad part. If you have a braided steel line, I hope you have better luck than I did!
