I waited to write my review on this product to see how it would compare to the name brand Keurigs that I have owned in the past. If you are hesitatant on the quality of this item, don’t be! I have had mine for over a year now with zero issues! Works great and makes an excellent cup of coffee. I have not had any issues at all vs. the name brand, I did. I also love that it comes with the option to use the ground coffee option! I have saved even more money buy using that. Full disclosure, the lid did eventually break off of this brew basket but I am not taking any stars away for that because it works just fine by setting it on top. This did not happen for well over a year (with daily use /multiple cups) and honestly…. I find it easier now that it broke off. Lol. Save yourself the money…. There is both value and quality in this product.
