I love ninja products because they’re always great quality. I don’t know what happened here but I bought two and one of them did not work. The one that does work is absolutely wonderful and I love it. As far as the return goes I would have rather had an exchange, but it requires me to ship it back and buy a new one. If I wait for them to get it back and return my money, it could take up to two weeks maybe longer. Then I have to place my order again if they’re still in stock. Otherwise I have to front the cash and wait for the return. Just a reality of online purchases. This was an “EXCELLENGT” refurbished product so I knew there was a chance of failure.—– UPDATE… I live more than an hour from a UPS drop off center and the seller would/did not send a USPS LABEL. coffeemakers.us.com filed a claim for a full refund and I ordered another one for replacement. So…. not overly joyed, but aliexpress doesn’t have this model. :0)

Not sure why it has bad reviews – I like it much better than Keurig. Never used that arm on the side, but I brew 4-6 cups daily. I have it over two years now without malfunction. Descaling is easy – it takes over an hour, but you just run it and forget about it. It does a bit at a time and then lets it soak.
Coffee tastes great. It could be a tad hotter for my taste, but I’m not complaining. I use the 8oz rich coffee setting.
I bought another pot for tea. I run one empty turn between switches to get any residue out (coffee to tea or tea to coffee).

I’ve been eyeing this machine for a while in stores and snatched it up when I saw the much cheaper price. Works just as expected and I love it.
My only complaint is it didn’t come with the integrated scooper and when I messaged the seller they kept asking me to return the entire machine when I was asking them to simply send me the missing part – the scooper. After repeated requests to only send the scooper and that I didn’t need to return the entire machine because it was missing one part. The seller eventually offered me a partial refund which I accepted.
