   This is a GREAT COFFEEMAKER! I got it because when we have company and need a bunch of cups of coffee at once, an expresso machine is not enough! This coffee tastes delicious to me for a coffee machine coffee. My husband did most of the talking on the video. In the video, he explains and performs the steps of making coffee. It is very easy. The adjustment of strength we put at a 3 in the video. However, after tasting it – and you can see the color of the coffee in the 4th photo, I turned it to #2 to make the coffee a bit stronger. The first photo shows it during the 5 minutes it went from start to finish. AMAZING how fast this coffeemaker makes coffee! However, I must say that even though I put in 8 cups of water, I did not get 8 cups of coffee. You lose some of the water through it’s saturating the coffee, coffee strainer, and steam. So, you can see that there is less than 8 cups in the 3rd photo. They give you a few paper filters. We chose to use a paper filter (last photo) instead of the metal filter (5th photo) since we were making 8 cups of coffee. We saw that the paper strainer reaches over the top of the plastic holder while the metal filter does not reach the top. That said, the coffee brewed so quickly and so well that I’m not sure that mattered (using the metal as co pared to the paper filter). The size is about what you would expect for making up to 8 cups of coffee.I feel that the cost here is reasonable for a machine that is quite well built, and works so well!

   Was shopping for a new coffee pot, I have used a BUNN for years because I like my coffee fast… but it kept overflowing, I would forget to shut off burner and it would be burnt. The quality just started going downhill. So I wanted something functional, easy, would make fast coffee and I found this. They have more expensive versions with other companies but this had a 20.00 coupon. I have made 4 pots of coffee. It is fast. Under 5 min and no reserve water tank. It has a 9 hole spicket versus the 6 my BUNN had and it doesn’t clog! And I like my coffee stout. I left the coffee for 1.5 hours on its burner and it wasn’t burnt!! This thing didn’t flinch. Now some pitfalls. The filters are a bit more expensive and It only comes in an 8 cup. Overall, I love it
