We purchased this in July and after 2 months it would not heat on full pot side. We contacted Keurig and they shipped a replacement immediately. Sadly after 3 months the same thing happened. Time to ditch Keurig.

You would think that a $190.00 coffee maker would come with a reusable coffee filter. My Cuisinart and Mr. Coffee did, unfortunately, they are cone shaped and my NEW keurig is round. Now I spend another 8 bucks to get one. I don’t know how it works yet because I haven’t used as of today.
