Bought the first one in November 2023. It stopped brewing in September 2024, heating element? Was still under warranty but company wanted to charge $75 to ship it back, a little argument and the y agreed to cover shipping. The sent a brand new one a week or so later. Well, this one did the same thing, only lasting 3 months. Company says it only recognizes the original warranty, sorry. The representative said she had been with them for 14 years and hasn’t heard of this problem. Absolutely chinese junk.

Interestingly enough, the clock only shows 3 digits. So if it’s 11:17, the clock says 1:17. I should have known then there would be a problem. The grinder didn’t work the first time I tried to use it. Now I did call customer service and they told me they’d send a new one, but I am choosing to send this back to coffeemakers.us.com instead and go with another coffee maker.

This is the second coffee maker I ordered with the programmable brew function not working. Sent the first one back, same problem with the second one. The second one lasted a week before the function quit working. Makes ok coffee once you figure out what setting you prefer but wouldn’t recommend this coffee maker.

Nice looking machine but the grinder broke I reached out to customer support via email they never responded try to second time they never responded, a few months later the entire thing broke. Bad customer service subpar product. Do not buy! Extremely overpriced with no customer service and a poor product.
