I purchased this Keurig in Nov 2024, brand new, not used. It has today just quit working. I do use it every day for my morning coffee. I now have to purchase a new coffee maker.
When I purchased this it was $90! I see no way to repair.

The coffee quality is rather weak. I have tried several different brands and this slim maker does not live up to the other slim makers I have had. Ease of use is good Brew speed is good Capacity is what is expected for this particular maker. Noise level is good. Functionality is okay.

It’s my 2nd unit. This one has more puncturing units than the original which in theory means getting more coffee flavor out of each pod & I think that’s what is happening too! Pop in a K-pod close the top select your volume 8-10-12oz then push the big K for perfect coffee every time!
