   I’ve had a lot of French press coffee makers, but this one is the BEST. I love the double-wall glass style, it is perfect to use in the microwave. So easy to clean 🙂 It works very well, smoothly. The lid desing helps to keep the coffee inside when you are using the press. Great value for the money. My mornings are better now 🙂

   This French press is precisely the type I was looking for to give to my girlfriend for Christmas. It works well, is easy to clean, and makes a great cup of coffee.

   Issues:
   The double wall prevents (or should prevent) the outer glass layer from getting hot. I’ve had multiple double wall glasses and this has always been the case. That’s not the case with this press, unfortunately. The outer glass layer gets quite hot when making coffee. Additionally, I’ve noticed some condensation inside between the two layers. I was under the impression that it was a vacuum sealed chamber, though I must be mistaken.

   The filter also doesn’t come apart as easily as competitor models, but it’s not that much harder to separate it.

   All in all, it fits the bill and does so with flying colors. I’m just concerned about the condensation in the middle.

   I was expecting this to be the perfect French press but the I was not impressed. The press part is very loose, and I was expecting it be for snug with a sweet seal. you have to hold the top on when pouring and you will have some coffee ground. Maybe the one I received had some defects, but the size is perfect for a couple of cups and if you want it to be warm you have to drink it quick cause it doesn’t keep the coffee warm.

   I have been looking to get a French press for a while and finally jumped into it! I’m so glad I did and chose this one. It’s double walled which I hadn’t seen in my other choices. The glass is borosci……which I love and prefer. It seems like a very durable glass too. Super easy to clean which is nice because I prefer to hand clean items like this that get heated constantly. Love the stainless steel top and the design in general. Most other ones are cylinder and a boring handle. I like having this sit out actually. Very pretty and makes a very good cup of coffee! Also I prefer cold brew (very high strength too I’m a coffeeholic with a toddler to boot) and this makes it SOOOO much easier that making in a mason jar with the small strainer i was using. Mama happy. Definitely try this one out!!

   Not the best product, the screen mesh filter is weak and easily warped, allowing coffee grounds to get past it. It was difficult to pour without coffee spilling back down the side and onto the counter. And then 3 months into its life the glass cracked on the inside bottom. I always hand washed it, it was NEVER cleaned in the dishwasher. I will buy another product, this one is poor quality.

   This is a great french press and I used it everyday since I bought it. After 6 months it started having vapor inside the double glass wall. Now after 15 months, it totally cracked and broke.

   I emailed both [email protected] and [email protected] that I saw from the contacts page of their website. It’s been a week and no response while I sent them a reminder in between.

   It says the warranty is good for 2 years, which my purchase record is within the warranty period. I also sent in an application for extended warranty and got the confirmation email. So the automated response was sent, and it says send them an email for more questions if any, but they won’t respond at all.

   Now I really don’t know what I can do to get this warranty applied when they just won’t respond to me at all. I was happy with the product but I am starting to feel disappointed that I am not getting any response.

   I bought two of them because I really liked the design but they both ended up the same: broken. A very small bump into anything else will break the glass, it’s too fragile. Both time happened when I was cleaning it, slightly touched the sink and broke. That was my last buy I am switching to another one. 2* because design is nice and works as intended but too expensive to be this fragile.

    Yes it’s a French press, so far I can brew coffee. But the double wall has a tiny hole in the bottom, so the double space always gets a little water in it while washing it. Yet the hole is so small water won’t drain out either. So it always looks dirty as the sides mist up on the inside. Then the pin at the bottom isn’t fixed to the round filter support, so it’s very difficult to disassemble the screen for cleaning. To make it worse The cap for the plunger rod isn’t on right so it too wants to come off. The whole thing feels very poorly made, definitely feels badly made for the price asked. Maybe I can salvage the cap with a vice and red loctite? But nothing I can do to fix the little pin the filter support so I am not trying to screw a small steel post into a small steel pin with wet hands while cleaning it, that wouldn’t leech into the coffee.

    I am gonna end up tossing this one.

    French presses are not rare, keep shopping. There are better made ones out there.
