   The design hasn’t changed in years. That’s exactly why we like it. Our old one gave us years of service, and we expect the same from this one. It brews a good cup of coffee and it doesn’t require any elaborate maintenance except for changing the water filter occasionally. The built in clock it is convenient however it’s a little bright.

   Appliance is made well, nice feathers, it lets you know when it is time to change the filter, it also has a setting for 1-4 cups which is great. Coffee is made fast lets you know when it is ready has auto shut off. One thing that could be improved is the lid should open just a bit more so water can all be poured out of the pot when making the coffee. Looks very nice on my counter.

   I really liked this coffee pot. It made very good coffee. We make one pot every morning, when we are at home. I received it on May 15. On the morning of June 10, we turned it on as normal. It gurgled and sputtered as it should but made no coffee.
   I’ve tried cleaning it, unplugging it, removing the filter. No luck. It gets hot and steams most of the water out but only a very tiny amount actually passes through the grounds and makes it into the pot as coffee. So disappointed. I expected better from a Kenmore product.

   OMGoosh!. We had to purchase a new coffee pot recently and searched every pot coffeemakers.us.com had listed. I ( the wife ) seen this one from Kenmore, and since we have Kenmore appliances we thought it had to be good. And boy does it ever. Has everything we needed right in front and lights up to see. And when the coffee comes thru it is especially hot! And stays on for two hours before going in the off mode. But you can push the auto button and it stays on for another 2 hours. Tells you when to clean this coffee maker also. Fantastic Price, and for us seniors who drink a lot of coffee a Awesome Find!

    We bought this for our short term rental property after one of our guests broke our previous coffeemaker. It’s inexpensive for its intended use and is very easy to use. It has adjustments for smaller amount (4 cups) and has an auto shutoff feature that prevents evaporation and burning of coffee. It’s good that it comes with a mesh filter so there’s no need to put paper filters on it.

    Love this coffee pot. For a 12 pot, it has a relatively small footprint. It is sleek and nice looking. The coffee tastes great even without the filter. Setting time and timers is easy, and I like the option for making just 4 or less cups of coffee. Criticisms? The filter is very hard to open, and the “alarm that rings when coffee is made and when it turns off is really loud. At least I hear it if on a different floor. I probably won’t use the filter since the coffee tastes great without it. The pot and water container also have markers for the number of cups (I found out that not all coffee makers do) and it is more accurate than ones I’ve had before. Good brand, good product.
