Bought on 11/23, within a few months it broke. Called Ninja and the send me another unit, the base. It lasted a few months and also broke. Called them and they sent another which arrived this week but was dead on arrival. Called them and asked for a refund but they said they could not so they are now sending another entire unit. This will be my 4th unit. I just wanted my money back. Bough it through another retailer but wanted folks to know. Not worth it.

Nobody loves their morning coffee more than i do – good coffee is so important to me. This coffee maker is the best
thing going. The three holes (as opposed to Keurig’s one puncture) makes the coffee so rich. The frother does a
much better job than my handheld one. Better than going to Starbucks!!

Coffee maker is great. Love all the options but I don’t understand why it is labeled as a 12 cup coffee maker. It has a 60 ounce water reservoir and a 60 ounce carafe. When selecting to brew a full carafe it says it will brew 55 ounces of classic brew with grounds or 47 ounces if you select “rich” brew. There is not any way to make 12 cups (96 ounces).
