   Never gets water hot even at highest setting; typical Keurig! This has been an issue for years and Keurig simply refuses to “fix” the problem. Setting temp to 192°, doesn’t mean when the coffee hits the cup that’s the temp. One should NOT have pre warm a cup, run water thru twice, etc to get “hot”coffee. If a $25 drip brewer can produce a hot cup, why spend big bucks for a KEURIG???

   I purchased the elite model so I wouldn’t have the same problem I had with my earlier keurig and I have the same problem but leaking is worse. Along the bottom of water container it leaks. I have taken it all apart to be sure installed correctly and only poured in certain amount of water so it is not overloaded. Nothing works and the stupid machine is LEAKING. i KEEP A PAPER TOWEL ALONG THE BOTTOM TO SOAK UP WATER.
   The coffee tastes fine its just the leaking. Also older models have lids to water container that did not come off. This whole lid comes off which is a pain.
   I am thoroughly discussed with this product and will contact Keurig on Monday to see where I ship it back
   I would not recommend this product.
