I got this coffee maker as a gift a couple of years ago. And of course, loved the look of it. Unfortunately, I think Barrymore is banking on adding her name to pretty things that don’t work. For whatever reason, the coffee maker will stop brewing after a minute and go into the “keep warm” setting with no one touching it. And while in the “keep warm” setting, it turns off, no matter the time you set it for to turn off. It’s frustrating and I’m over this coffee maker. Get you one from a brand you know you can trust, because this Beautiful brand ain’t it

0 stars we’ve had this coffee pot for 3 months and the pot cracked after being barely set down on the counter. DB appliances are trash 120$ coffee pot broken after 3 months? my 10$ walmart coffee pot lasted me like 5 years no problems

Speaking as a West Point-trained engineer with 160 credit hours of mostly honor and advanced classes plus graduate degrees from USC and 50 years of design experience, this is an extremely poorly designed product that obviously never saw a moment of quality control. The front “touch screen” doesn’t work like it should — don’t bother programming a start time for making coffee, because you have to reprogram it every day — and don’t expect the burner that’s supposed to keep the coffee warm to last even a month; mine didn’t. Coffee maker burners usually last over a year; not on this product.
Customer service? No website to go to, just a phone number that will give you a case number. Then mail your coffee maker to them — at your expense — and never get any kind of response later.
Note that I did not get this piece of junk from coffeemakers.us.com; I got it from Walmart. I’m surprised they lowered themselves to sell something of his poor quality.

I loved the look of this, matched my kitchen. I have never had so many problems with the coffee maker, coffee grinds in the pot, it blows out of the basket, I tried using less coffee, still happend. Very hard to clean the water tank, went on You Tube to see what I was doing wrong…. nothing. Unfortunately it was $119. wasted.
