   We had a Keurig previously and it gave out on us after a number of years so we needed a new one! My hubby and I are on different schedules so we love the single serve, and this one was the perfect size to not take up a ton of space in the kitchen. It works great, brews super fast and we love it!

   The only complaint I have is that we bought little reusable cups to put our own ground coffee in (instead of using kcups) for our old machine, and they don’t fit in this one. I can’t seem to find ones that fit this machine, and I’m really missing our vanilla hazelnut blend! Otherwise it works great!

   Product purchased 1/5/2025 was difficult to close lid very often, had to hold top down to start process . I called Keurig to report complete failure to brew in early March I filled out a very tedious warranty and keurig
   refused to replace the product. My bad, I didn’t have a warranty with Keurig or register with coffeemakers.us.com.

   I absolutely LOVE my Keurig. It is small but it packs a punch. I hate having stuff on my counters but with the Keurig’s slim design, it hardly takes up any room on my counter.

    Great little brewer, perfect size, small foot print. This brewer doesn’t have a internal hot water tank, uses a flash heater so the brewer always uses fresh water and no waiting time between brews.

    The best part of these machines is that they are one of the few options. The coffee brewers are well built and there are pods available for them.
    Unlike the Nespresso, the Keurig pods are cheaper. I am a regular coffee drinker and enthusiast. I drink a lot and hence cannot afford Nespresso. That brings me down to Keurig.
    Honestly, if there were more options I would have tried. Because I bought three machines so far and they all broke within a year.
    They all broke when I was trying to descale. So, they definitely have a problem with their descaling mechanism. The machines just stops in the midway and never responds again.

    It’s a clear sign of poor implementation or technology. But this is the only affordable option; so, love it or hate it.
    Keurig gave me replacement for one of the three; but they did not do for the other two; not a fan of their support given their poor tech. For one, the warranty was over. The second one was replaced. The third one, they denied the warranty.
    I have one for my study and another in the kitchen. I did expect better from them.
