Within 6 months, the coffee machine broke. When you turn on the machine, the lights would keep blinking without stopping. Then you’d have to hard reset it by pressing the power button for a long time. After that, it may work or you have to do this a few times before it decides to work.

This coffee maker surpasses Nespresso in terms of quality and functionality. It is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Despite its compact size, it offers a wide range of features. This is a coffee maker that I bought to replace my earlier makers – one Keurig, one Nespresso and and a drip maker, as they were taking up a lot of counter space. I selected the Kotlie model after doing a lot of research, and I must say I am very satisfied with it.
The machine is very small, and can do the work of all my other machines. This machine is relatively quick to draw a shot or drip, and makes much less noise than many other machines I have used. My only complain is, as I have mentioned at the top, that the reservoirs is not big enough. However, since it’s very easy to refill it with or without removing from the machine, that small inconvenience does not warrant knocking any stars off my rating the machine.
Let’s talk about the coffee. This tiny machine can produce 20 Barr of pressure, and can draw a very nice shot from Nespresso capsules. It produces rich flavor with fantastic crema. It produces crema with Keurig or drip coffee too, and with the included (plastic) tapper, you can even draw espresso like shots with ground coffee.
Of course, it does not include a milk steamer or frother, but I use a separate frother when I am in the mood for a latte. The results have consistently been quite good.
Overall, this is a very nice coffee maker for the price. You cannot go wrong with it. Highly recommended.
EDIT: Fantastic customer service! I was having an issue with my coffee maker (a voltage fluctuation incident) and when I notified their customer service, they took care of the issue immediately. Cannot recommend enough.

This coffee maker is a great invention! It comes with three adaptors and can be used to make every kind of format of coffee, from fresh grounds to K-cups to pods to Nespresso-like tins to Lavazza, you name it. It’s so quick and easy to use. The only slight drawback is that the coffee is not as scalding hot as I would personally like, but I just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds, and it’s perfect. I absolutely love this machine!!! You fill the reservoir with water, plug it in, lift up the lever on the top, select your adaptor for the coffee format you want, put the lever down, turn the power on, and choose 2 oz or 6 oz, and it’s done in seconds! Great price, too!
Helpful tip: When using the Nespresso-style cups, when it’s done, and you remove the adaptor to throw the cup thing away, just dump the cartridge upside-down, and it pops right out into the trash, or you can use your finger to pull open the top. There is a thing you can press down, but it’s much easier just to dump it upside-down into the trash.
