I ordered “Melitta Porcelain Single-Cup Pour-Over Coffee Brewer, White, Pack of 4” and only received one pour-over coffee brewer. I tried several time to return it and none were successful. I have also tried to report it as a misleading ad. Heads up, you are paying $40 for one pour-over brewer.

Absolutely awesome cones! I visited my sister and experienced pour over coffee for the first time ever. The problem was my sister used a plastic pour over that she set on top of her coffee cup. Yuk! Though it was a great cup of coffee, plastic does make for an awful after taste. I decided there had to be something better out there. I researched, found the Melitta Porcelain Pour Over Cones and knew it’d be perfect. After receiving the four cones (2 for me and 2 for sister), I purchased a board of beautiful oak, some nuts, all-thread and stain and went to work. With just a few simple measurements of the ceramic pour over and a little shop time, the end result is a piece of art and the best tasting cup of pour over coffee ever! The ceramic leaves NO awful after taste and is visually beautiful, with nice clean, smooth lines. My sister and I love our morning brew. Thank you, Melitta!

These work very well. However they are quite large; much larger than I expected. I had several Melitta cone drips in the past in plastic that were much smaller and that is what I was expecting. This thing is the size of a huge mug. I can’t remember when I bought it if the dimensions were provided but I don’t think so. This is 3 3/4 inches tall which doesn’t sound like much but it is. It is also 4 5/8 inch across at the top and weighs a tiny bit over 1 pound. Yep. Not kidding. It weighs 1 pound and 0.6 ounces. If you are going to use this on small cups or Styrofoam be very careful.

We use these in our RV with an electric tea kettle to heat the water. Perfect cup of coffee every time!
I use one level scoop of coffee per cup – I had to experiment with the mugs we use when we travel. We have two cones so our cups of coffee are done at the same time. I definitely recommend using Melitta filters; they flow much faster than the generic filters. I use natural brown #4 which are bigger than the cone, but work very well.
