yes i filled the water tank.
As per instruction manual i did not insert a capsule and proceeded to run machine to rinse it out.
no water came out.
Sounded like the pump was running.
Reseated the water reservoir several times, tried again, …disappointing.
Turned it off and tried again.
Let it rest a while and tried again.
Same result.
Let it rest a day and tried again.
Same result.
Well now i have to send it back.
Frustrating.

Perfect space saving espresso machine. Exactly what I have been looking for because my Nespresso one broke and I couldn’t find another one that just did the little round espresso pods. I love this one!!! I love the sturdiness of it and how fast it heats up use. I love both of the settings where you could do a very minimal or you can do a larger amount of espresso.

This espresso machine is absolutely fantastic. Does what is supposed to do, it’s small and cute and the price is unbeatable. Have many coffee makers at home and this is my absolutely favorite. Excellent for travel if you can’t live without your espresso coffee. I buy different brands of espresso pods and never had a problem. Just bought another one to gift a friend. The only complaint would be they sent me the wrong color but it’s good. Would definitely recommend for espresso lovers;)

It wont last forever, but it’s a good buy for the money. It allows you to use pods other than expensive pods. It takes very little counter space and its light weight. We take this on road trips and set it up in our hotel so we can get a decent espresso without having yo go buy one.
Tge only beef i have with this thing is the double shot button sometimes pours long and will overflow if you dont watch it. Doesnt bother me. I stand there and cut it off when I want to. Weve bought a few of these as gifts and the recipients enjoy them very much.

My sister had a Nespresso original line machine last time I visited her in FL and she made the best little espresso drinks with it. Obviously, I had to have one, because who doesnt love a good espresso drink?! Paying almost $10 a cup for a white chocolate mocha at Starbucks, I decided to give this machine a shot. But the Nespresso name brand machines were a little too pricey for my wallet. This machine is JUST AS GOOD as my sister’s brand name Nespresso machine, but at WAY less of a price point. It works the exact same way and everything! I have used the crap out of this machine and it is by far one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! And the best part is I can say, “bye, bye Starbucks and your expensive drinks!”

1. It takes the standard nespresso pods, which are becoming harder to find than the virtuo pods.
2. One of the buyer ratings claimed that its a better machine than the standard Nespresso machine. And I concur, it does seem to be better made.

The price is the mayor point and you can have a very good espresso.
Very easy to use.
We use a lot and maybe you can start to see the price different in detail, maybe are interest for you maybe not but I write down:
– no consistency in the qty of coffe (overnight and when the level of water is low take a little to refill and some time you got only a few drop of coffe if using the dispenser for espresso)
– you cannot select the quantity of coffe when is working up, have to wait until the end
– the basket for empty cup is too much pieces
– the color white is not so good with coffe, you can see any drop out
– noise (not that nespresso is quite)
