The carafe is stainless steel, but isn’t thermal. There’s a plate that keeps the coffee warm for a while, but affects the taste. I’m also having difficulty getting the lid off of the carafe. The suggested filters are not correct. Very disappointed!

I have only had it for one Day. So far so Good I like the feature when the coffee is finished brewing the coffee maker shuts off the stainless steel pot keeps the coffee Good and warm.

Doesn’t work correctly. May have to return it. Put enough water in for two full cups but only brews half of it then shuts off. I have to turn it back on for the second cup.

Wish pot opening was a little larger so my hand could fit inside to clean. It keeps coffee hot for a very long time to not have a hot plate. It brews fast and timer is very handy. Perfect size to fill 2 travel mugs. I love it so far.
