I absolutely love this machine! Or…I did love it…that was until my doctor told me to relax on the caffeine intake. I miss it…
What I don’t miss about it…
The Red Color…Get Black or Chrome, Red doesn’t fit in, and after seeing other models in person I would have gotten black or chrome.
Also ordering the Nespresso cups can be a pain, but that wouldn’t stop me from purchasing the Vertuoline.

I was shopping around for a capsule coffee machine, and the obvious choices were either Keurig of Nespresso. I’m aware of the environmental cost of single-serve capsules and have heard that K-Cups are impossible to recycle, whereas Nespresso are recyclable so I decided to go for that.
I saw this on sale on coffeemakers.us.com so I grabbed it, and am very happy with it so far. Both the coffee and espresso are pretty good even compared with real cafes, and cost about $0.85-1.15 each from the Nespresso store which is a good deal. The temperature of the coffee was fine for me.
But here’s the best part: when you order the capsules from Nespresso, you can also request free recycling bags that are pre-paid UPS. So when you have a bunch of used capsules, you can seal them in the bag and send them off to be recycled free-of-charge. So if you decided to go with Nespresso, PLEASE request the recycling bags when ordering capsules off their website… unfortunately it’s not automatically included in each order but you can request it as one of the options.

Do not buy a Nespresso machine. First of all, the coffee itself is actually really good. However, the coffee comes out of this machine lukewarm so my wife and I always microwave after making it in the machine. Worst of all, Nespresso has very limited distribution on the capsules, we live in Southern California and would have to go way out of our way to go to one of their “boutiques” to get more capsules OR pay $1.82 per capsule on coffeemakers.us.com to get them (or $1.10/each plus shipping from their website). May as well go to Starbucks at this price. Classic inkjet printer scheme: “get the machine cheap but pay the price later”. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this product.

Machine works well. Nice cup of coffee or espresso, but pods are so expensive and can only be purchased on internet that I have put machine on the shelf. A cup of coffee costs more than Starbucks

While of my four coffee machines its coffee is the most bitter. and While it is not as hot as I would like , as soon as the coffee is made -you can drink…don’t wait. I gave it a 5 even with these small complaints above because of it distinct taste and boldness in flavor. love the hot red. the coolest looking coffee machine I own. It is single cup, but don’t put a 8oz cup down there the creamee(head) will over flow. I have not read or measure what size is needed but most like 10.5 oz cup+ .. Lots of unique creamee foam;varies on kind(choice). and while there are not unlimited flavors but just a few, this is one of the features that I feel research and thought went into every choice of coffee nespresso designed. Instead of the 1000 of varies k-cup offers . yes, i do have a kureg too. I am not bad mouthing them. And as fare as being the coffee maker for coffee snobs- well if that is decided by the cost-per-cup you spend, a cup will cost you $1.50 – $1.85. highest I seen or own price-per-cup!!! If Nespesso see this WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD KONA AS A CHOICE OF COFFEE.
