   When you pay full price for a product you expect a new product. Not a used, or refurbished product… Yet that what I recieved..A refurbished product!
   There is an option for new, used, or refurbished products for a reason.
   I expected what I paid for from a company like Ninja. Very unimpressed.

   I have owned many many coffee pots and single serves as well as espresso machines. All disappointing. The kurigs made weak coffee, the nestle ones you had to use pods that were expensive and mid grade coffee at best as well as not hot I just had a lor that I actually liked but ones again the coffee and espresso was expensive.
   THIS one is perfect. You can make any size as choose to make it rich. The heat is perfect!! You can make ice coffee as well. I also love you full water and it uses what you need and also has marks so you know if you have enough water to make whatever size you need. You get to choose any coffee and the measurement scoop has a place to keep on the unit so you won’t lose and it is perfect for amount of coffee needed for every size.

   My coffee needs aren’t complicated, and this was my first “fancy” coffee maker after always having a regular cheap no frills one. But I was amazed at how fast and easy this one is. The coffee is of course so much better and I love all the size and strength options. Easy to clean, easy to use, and so fast.

   We liked the coffee maker, but we noticed there was green mold growing in the reservoir filter, which is a piece that is impossible to remove. We cleaned and descaled it without luck, which others suggested when they had the same issue. We reached out to Ninja customer service, but it was out of warranty so they told us to buy a new reservoir (that is not covered under any warranty).

   A coworker picked one of these up for the shop we work at… used it for a week before I realized I need this at home. Makes a great cup of iced, or hot coffee, as well as making the best flavored carafe. No more burnt beans, and no more stale cups of coffee

    This coffee maker works fine. Even makes over ice coffee. But you definitely need to buy a filter for it, one is not included with this model. If you use it without a filter, you’ll end up with a cup full of coffee grounds. You can buy a ninja cone filter for about $13 on coffeemakers.us.com. Or, if you prefer, buy paper filters instead. If you get paper, make sure they’re the cone shap ones, and not the cupcake paper type.

    This is a versatile machine. It offers the option of one cup, big cup, small travel mug, big travel mug, 1/2 pot and full pot. My daughter turned me on to it, and now it is a family affair. It is fast, efficient and has a small beep to let us know that it’s ready. The coffee is hot without being scalding regardless of sizing option. Easy to fill the water vessel and well as to clean. This purchase is for my husband’s office. It just makes financial and common sense for those who are a party of one, to a large group.
