   We purchased this for Christmas- so 5 months ago. The first 2 months were good. Then the frother started messing up. I messaged the seller and they couldn’t help. So i bought a whole new frother cup & a bunch of the magnetic rings for inside of the frother. It still is messing up. So it’s not the cup. It’s the machine itself. The past week I’ve been having coffee grounds in my coffee and the past couple of days the temperature of the coffee has been scourging hot to were it burnt my tongue which the coffee has never been THAT hot before. So the whole machine seems to be malfunctioning. We will either be throwing away the machine or returning it and getting a completely different type of coffee machine.

   My Keurig K-Cafe is acting strange. When I plug it to the power source. The espresso starts to beep and all the lights begin to go off immediately. It then beeps constantly when nothing is being made. I have to leave it unplugged at all times to avoid the random beep noises and espresso gears moving on their own. I wrote an email to customer service and hopefully get a response back

   The item description plainly says:

   None of these items arrived with the shipment. We contacted the seller, who said simply that they didn’t open the box. I’m still waiting for my K-Cups to arrive. False advertising!

   BTW, the coffee maker works fine. Customer service apparently doesn’t!

    While we really like the coffee it produces, the operation is flakey at best. We have to unplug and plug it back in to make coffee or to blend the milk sometimes. The internal software is terrible as the device tried to be too smart (like not blending if you are not making a cappuccino, or refusing to generate a second shot from the k-cup until you open and close the bail) and in that attempt ends up going into some beep-beep-beep mode where all the lights flash until you unplug it and plug it back in. In just using it regularly, you will be amazed at how long it takes to make the next cup. Turn it off and on again, and it makes the next cup right away. Irritating operation, great coffee. That’s why you see used ones for sale on coffeemakers.us.com.

    Our new Special Edition Keurig K•Cafe C is a gem. Easy to use and maintain. Our daughters love the Latte feature. It also looks great on the counter compared to our older clunky Keurig. I have read that many people can’t get the frother to work properly. I have done some testing on my own and have discovered that only true dairy products will froth properly. Soy, almond and coconut milk will heat, but will not froth properly. Same goes for non-dairy creamers like Coffee-Mate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, only what people are putting in it. To sum it up, hot coffee in 30-50 seconds depending on size and cappuccinos/lattes in 3 minutes. Great product, yummy coffee and less trips to Starbucks, et al.

    This machine will make a mess and Keurig’s customer service is AWFUL!!! I just purchased one of these expensive Keurig K-Cafe Special Edition machines in the beginning of January. I noticed that when I was brewing a strong coffee or shot of espresso, the liquid splatters out everywhere as you can see from my photo. Luckily, I caught this in time before it ruined the hutch I have it sitting on. I tried contacting Keurig about this via email back in mid-January, and I got no response. In addition to my email, I called Keurig’s customer service and spoke to 4 different people on 4 different occasions about this issue. Everytime I had to wait on a long hold before speaking with someone. When I finally was able to talk to someone, every single time I was told they would take down my information and call me back during my requested hours. I was even extra kind and patient on the phone with them. Once out of all these attempts was I was called back, but it was not during a time I told them I was available. All the other times, no one called me back. They wasted so much of my time, and I still have no solution to my problem!! I still haven’t received a call back. I will be returning this machine, and not purchasing any more Keurig products in the future! I thought Keurig was a reputable company and I am appalled by how poor their customer service is. I have owned 2 other Keurig machines before this one, and they seem to stop working on me after about 2-3 years every time, even when I clean mine regularly. If I were you, I would not purchase any Keurig machines.

    Box looks like it was reused from a return. Coffee maker came with scratches on the front and in the water reserve. There was no manual or any paperwork in the box. I feel like I paid full price for a used machine.
