   I have used this a dozen times, maybe. It works just as it is intended. The frame for the glass pieces is a little shaky and I feel it could have definitely been made of better quality wood, but overall I like it. This glass is a little thin, however, if you are careful it should last for many years.

   Overall it’s good for cold brew. One thing that seems defective is the wall of the opening of the hopper. (Shown in the pictures) Doesn’t affect the function but I just don’t like such defective news. I am ordering one more to make enough cold brewed coffee for my family,, and sending this back to get a replacement.

   La verdad es que estaba muy emocionado por la compra porque fue un regalo para mí hijo, pero está con materiales de muy baja calidad, la parte de madera está mal barnizada, la tapa de cristal que va en la parte del hielo tiene un punto de vidrio y esto evita que se pueda usar y para colmo la válvula tiene fuga

    Like many other reviews have stated, the glass is very fragile and if you lose the stainless steel disk filter, good luck finding a replacement. Unfortunately, I already lost the filter after a few uses and I cannot find a replacement that fits. Additionally, it appears that I received a defective top glass bowl that isn’t uniform so the lid doesn’t properly sit. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this product.

    Weird that there’s no instructions of how to actually make coffee with product. I was missing the silicone piece and contacting the company directly through their site. They sent me out a replacement very quickly and we’re quick to respond. I did get something to work at the hardware store. In the meantime, I did buy another one as a gift. I absolutely love it! I would normally use a French press. My kids turned me on to cold brew it really does taste great and just the look of it is awesome

    So I’m now ordered a total of three The second one came in new packaging. Much better than the first one and all parts were included. The third one I haven’t gotten yet. I still love it. I look forward to calling you every morning

    We just recently got into brewing our own Cold Brew and our favorite local coffee shop uses something similar to this. We bought it and it has not disappointed. It makes the best, less acidic, flavorful cold brew. It’s beautiful to look at and easy to clean. It’s a great conversation piece.

    Great for making infused cocktails. Only complaint is if I have it drip too slow it will start leaking around the knob to the valve. Not too much of a big deal but something to look out for. I have NOT used for coffee.
