   This will most likely need replacing in 6 months to a year. Don’t know why, but it’s loosing a full cup or more of water by the time it’s done brewing. IMO, it’s because the lid is warping and letting a lot of steam out, I have a rock sitting on it to try and keep it from bending up so much in the middle. It’s been cleaned with vinegar and it’s not clogged. It looks cool, and works at first, but not good quality over time.

   Okay…color and design are exquisite. So that is why I gave it a 5. However, the warming plate function is an issue. It cracked from the heat I believe. So now , after brewing I turn the coffee maker off asap. This one I hope to register on product site Nostalgia. But it is soooo pretty! Goes with my Nostalgia pink microwave.

   I loooove this beautiful coffeemaker. My favorite color is turquoise (which changed a couple years AFTER my husband painted the kitchen orange, my prior favorite color😆). Thankfully the two colors complement each other, but I digress. Anyhoo, I can’t find a ton of turquoise kitchen items, but thankfully aqua is an acceptable second best and that’s a really popular color for the kitchen. So I added this in and so far it’s run just as it should and I LOOOOOVE that it has a timer so I can set it up ahead for when I stumble into the kitchen all bleary-eyed after being up too late yet again the night before. So yes, if the color makes your heart happy, snag this and run with it! You won’t regret it!

   This is the 4th one we have purchased. It goes perfectly with the style of our kitchen and we adore the way it looks but it’s made so poorly. 😞 WE JUST bought the 4th one on January 13th (last month) and it has not worked right for almost a week. You fill it all the way up and 1/2 evaporates and puts condensation all over the device. (Yes, the top is closed) We tried using coffee pot cleaner yesterday hoping that would fix it but it didn’t help. 😖

   Love the look. I have waited a long time to get this. Just needed the old maker to stop working. This maker is stylish and brews a nice pot of coffee. I was worried about there being no “bold” brew setting but I have used the same amount of grounds and the coffee tastes great! Something about this carafe pours better than my old maker, also. Easy to clean, love the reusable filter. The only thing I don’t like about this stylish and simple to use coffee maker is that there is no water window. You cannot see if there is already water in or how much. Guess I’ll just have to pay attention. 😉 Love it for now…I will update in a few months. 6 MONTH UPDATE!! Still going strong! This pot makes 1-2 pots a day and we have not had a single problem or complaint.

   The electric part stopped working all together. Opened her up and on the circuit board a wire was not soldered at all. It’s an easy fix if you tinker on things. But shouldn’t have happened to start with. Bottom line I still love this coffee pot, just wish it was put together with more care.

    Positive to this review…Maker brewed decent tasting coffee! I’ve debated buying this for a year, since my red Cuisinart started leaking I decided to try this! To my surprise it was metallic red. Not at all what I expected. Top it off the bottom was darker than the top, plus the edge near the hot plate was a very rough finish. As the picture shows the black waviness along the top side! While coffee was perking, steam condensates on the outside of the top. Very hard to line up the basket inside and basket is cheaply made! Very dissatisfied with the quality of this! I have resorted to purchasing a black Cuisinart, it seems from talking to different customer service reps, companies have discontinued making red because! The GEN Xer’s don’t buy red! Even tho their seems to be a demand for red from other shoppers, HUGH mistake on the companies making the products we buy!!!

    I loved this when I got it a year ago and it’s actually worked great. I’ve used it every day usually with the timer set so my coffee brews right before I wake up and it’s been wonderful! Unfortunately after a few months althr plastic around the heat plate cracked. But I loved it so I kept using it. Then it cracked some more but still brews so I’ve kept using it. Then last week the whole heat plate has gone loose, one side sinking down which makes the pot not hit the release on the maker. I’ve had it almost exactly one year. At the time I bought it was like 100 bucks, so I thought it would hold up better than it has. It still makes coffee for what it’s worth, but the bottom is busted and probably not safe/fire hazard to use. So I’ll have to replace 😞 Updating to two stars from one simply because of the customer service. I contacted the manufacturer and they were really helpful in getting me a replacement free of charge. They made the process simple and we’re very prompt. They did this despite my warranty even being expired. I hope the replacement lasts a while.

    Beautiful coffee maker but some of the parts are cheaply made for what you’re paying for. I sent in for a replacement order and the exact same pieces are lose and coming off on the new coffee maker so I’m going to have to reach out to coffeemakers.us.com for a second time now which is frustrating. Now I’m stuck with having to return and replace two coffee makers Other than that the coffee maker works great and the color is just gorgeous! Love the retro look!

    Only reason for the 3 stars is that now I have to find a replacement carafe or buy a new machine…. I have only had it for 3 weeks!!! All I was doing is filling it up and after hearing and feeling a little tiny pop, water was streaming out of the bottom!! Yes, I was using cold water. No, the carafe was not hot or warm. Needless to say, I had to go to the nearest Walmart to buy a new coffee maker. I do love the machine, but not sure if I can find a replacement, the company does not sell them. You would think they would. When you go to their web page you can email about replacements, but you have to have the order #, the model #, the part # well guess what? It’s a glass decanter, it doesn’t have a part # !! Here is to hoping I can find one.

    I really like the style of this coffee maker and it fits in well with my kitchen but I started noticing cracks forming at the base, progressively getting worse over time. It makes a good pot of coffee but the plastic seems low quality. The logo itself is just kind of glued on. The build quality seems wanting.

    I really like pink color of the coffee maker. It’s a 12 cup coffee maker and it has nice finishing style touches to the appliance. It also comes with the instructions booklet so you can now how to maintain it while using. I am so eager to try this coffee maker its is very easy to clean as well. The lid shuts perfectly and it’s sits very well on the countertop. It has a little weight to it as I removed it out the box. It’s really worth the wait to get the coffee maker.

    So cute but disappointed. A piece of the coffee pot handle came broken. The handle isn’t sturdy and can snap off at any second end, and break the glass. I also looked at the reviews after (because it’s a Christmas present from my mom) and many people were having issues, and says it lasts for 3 to 5 months…
