   I’m not easy to impress but this product has severely missed the mark. This is a low quality item. Currently looking for a high quality replacement as mine started retaining water internally and does not appear to come apart for further cleaning/drying. I wanted to like this, but this seems like it would mess with your health over time if it even continues to work. Would not buy again. Pros: – is rechargeable – adapters are nice – price is low so a beginner could get started Cons: – battery is limited to maybe 2 nice cups of coffee – machine internally retains water over time; no way to disassemble – the temp sensor where you load water is made of a metal that breaks down. This is located in a difficult to clean area so you may be ingesting metals with your coffee.

   I really appreciate two things about this machine. Number one, it is charged off a common usbc cable. This is extremely convenient and a great design. Number two, this kit comes with a ground coffee adapter. You can use some coffee pods if you like but the ability to use your own ground coffee is much more cost effective. This unit can easily be preloaded and carried in a backpack if you are a hiker or kept in a cup holder if you are driving. From start to finish you can make a hot cup of coffee in just about eight minutes. I think this is a really convenient and well made traveling coffee machine. Check it out.

   I love to go camping and hiking and I also love me some coffee. This portable espresso maker definitely helps when I am not able to make myself some coffee. The unit fits nicely in a backpack when hiking or in a suitcase when traveling. Some hotels don’t have coffee makers so this unit helps with those occasions. One thing to remember is that this is an espresso maker not a coffee maker. You wont get a nice 8oz cup of joe. You get a nice espresso shot. You could brew multiple times to get a larger cup, but just sipping on an espresso shot in the morning or after a long day hiking can do the job. The directions weren’t the best, but it is a pretty simple machine. Put water in, (hot or cold) then press the button according to the water temperature used. I have used both hot and cold water with this, and I would say using hot is best, but I know when you are on the go it isn’t always an option. The unit heats the water well but it doesn’t get as hot as if you were to add boiling water. It also takes about 5 minutes to heat the water, so it isn’t necessarily the fastest. Overall this produced a nice shot of espresso. Sure it isn’t the equivalent of a high end countertop machine, but when I’m on the go, it does just fine.

    I had high hopes. I used this twice daily for 2 weeks. It was great. Tried nespresso, dolce gusto and ground espresso (this was awful but might have been my own user inexperience). All functioned fine. Toward the end of week 2, it started leaking at the seam of the body. I cleaned it and let it dry out. And then after a week without using, I saw dried battery acids coming out of the plug port and the thing is dead—can’t charge and is inoperable. I have returned it. I’m regretful that it likely will end up in a landfill.

    The quality is not near as good as a professional machine but ultimately it gets the job done. I would say this is good for people who are always on the go or looking for convenience and a cheaper option. I would say heating the shot makes it better. But overall it accomplishes what is advertised just keep your expectations realistic.

    Update: had to return device as water got stuck in it. Will return to 5 stars if second device has no issues! This has been a great product for me! I ski and sometimes have time to make coffee and sometimes don’t, for on the go quick shot or two this is going to be my go to! Can’t wait to use it on the mountain and camping! The buttons are hard to press and the instructions could be a bit clearer and offer more guidance. I grabbed this because it was a good deal and I’m not mad at it so far!

    I owned a Nespresso machine that just quit working, leaving me with many unused pods. I did not use the machine enough to justify the expense of replacing it. This item allows me to use my pods quickly and easily. And while I understand that this is a portable espresso maker, I use it in my home regularly. It doesn’t take up the counter space that the Nespresso did and it makes a great cup of coffee. And it cleans up easily. I feel like I got more than I expected.     This portable electric espresso machine comes with the machine itself, a USB-C charging cable a small scoop, user manual, and different adapters depending upon the size of the coffee pod or if grounds are used. The unit has a single power button that allows you to check the charge and turn the unit on. You can start the unit with one long press to brew or two presses to heat and then brew. The unit worked well in our testing and it brewed a good espresso from a small-sized Nespresso pod. We would recommend this brewer for those on the go. Overall I believe it is of good value for the cost. As always I will evaluate long term and update with any new information.

    This coffee maker seems like a fantastic idea. The instructions were awful and I definitely got a lemon on the first product I received. No matter how many times I cycled it, it wouldn’t make coffee. It’s also very hard to tell where this coffee maker is in the cycle of heating water and brewing. The seller was quick to respond and send a replacement. I got the replacement and was excited to try this yet again….. It ended up brewing, but the coffee was so weak it looked like iced tea. I wouldn’t order this product again. I’m giving this 2 stars because the seller was very responsive, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend buying this.

    The coffee maker comes in a nice green color. It’s about as tall as a portable speaker! Comes with charging cord and as well as a measuring cup for ground coffee. The machine was able to make a small cup of espresso, approx 1 oz shots. No burning taste, and was easy to drip with the coffee beans I’ve grounded myself. Operation was easy and washing doesn’t seem too bad. The cup itself can hold two shots worth (2 oz), however the machine only makes 1 oz at a time. Espresso maker is convenient for camping or when traveling and you don’t want to use the hotel’s coffee maker.

    I ordered this for the office, and for times when I may have to be in remote locations. It heats water rather well, but that’s all it does. I ordered one and it didn’t work, it simply wouldn’t pump water into either coffee grounds or nano pods. So I put in a return, I received a second one hopeful that perhaps I just gotten a bad one. Sadly, the second one did exactly the same thing as the first: it heated the water spectacularly; but it didn’t make coffee.

    -El contenedor de agua caliente no es hermético y siempre se tira si lo pones de lado o lo volteas.
    -El botón de inicio se hunde (es de silicón) si no lo presionas justo en el centro.
    -La bomba no genera la suficiente presión para preparar un expreso. Probé con cápsulas y el café parece café regular y no expreso.
    En general una mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.
