   I am disappointed in the thermal carafe. The first two cups are hot, after that it’s LUKEWARM. I like to go out on my patio to read the paper and have my coffee and this did not help any to having to come back in and warm my cup The maker itself is very quiet and nice, but still not recommend

   nice design….very intuitive to operate….like the strong setting….smaller carafe….does an okay job of keeping the coffee warm….lid can be a bit difficult to fit in place…..

   Only running for a few days now but it seems ok. It brews coffee. The thermal carafe is a great feature for the price, but it pours a little slowly and tends to drip through the top if you try to rush it. And would it kill them to add a little beep diode to alert me when the brew is done?

   Great coffee pot. Programming works, the coffee in the stainless steel pot stays warm for hours and coffee taste really good. I am absolutely impressed with this brand of coffee pot. I would highly recommend purchasing this product. I have read about filling the resivoir and how the stainless steel pot is hard to empty all the water because of the design. Well, I agree but, pros far out weigh the cons and I just fill it with a glass of water instead of using the pot. Easy solution for a great product.

   Ok, I was excited about going back to using a coffee maker instead of pods to save money. I have a few issues 1) the shape of the carafe makes it difficult to pour all the water into the holding tank. It’s wide mouthed and difficult to get all the water out. I put the coffee in the basket after pouring the water to avoid coffee being in contact with the few drops of water. . 2) The machine makes the coffee fast, but it is not HOT by any means. It’s luke warm. I need to micro the coffee several times to get it hot. The brewing light goes off after brewing, but the coffee can not be enjoyed directly from the carafe without heating. 3) I am going to try to pre-heat the water for the carafe before brewing.
   Unfortunately, this defeats the purpose of setting the timer to be ready for coffee in the morning. . Not feeling it for this machine, but I threw the box out so I’m stuck with it.

   Tired of those cheap glass carafes cracking or shattering after a few months of use? Then finding out that the replacement carafe is only a few dollars cheaper than a whole new coffee maker, so you shell-out for a new coffee maker though the last one is still functioning? That was me. I have a cupboard of coffee makers sans carafes my inner pack rat refuses to trash, but that will be changing soon. The Mr. Coffee racket is over!

   I have never heard of Shardor, but the metal carafe was too tempting to pass up. A reasonable priced coffee maker that brews a nice, hot batch and still keeps warm after about ninety minutes. Love the extra-strength brewing button and the lid that snaps tight into place. Programing is easy, too. Only problem was the clean-up. The carafe entry is a little too small for most hands, so you may want to buy a brush to clean the interior.

   Very sturdy and fits nicely in most niches and nooks. Tidy appearance with a professional shine. Recommended.
