   This is so much more functional than the Keurig I used to have. Brews hot and cold. Quiet and looks good on my counter. Does so many things and you will love the versatility. It’s capable of brewing just a cup or a travel size. Very pleased with this find.

   This is a very versatile coffee maker with straightforward button front panel controls that make it easy to decide how many ounces of coffee is to be brewed and if the coffee is going to be hot coffee to drink directly or brewed to be poured over ice. It seems to work well, the only confusing thing is that the product is indicated as an iced coffee only machine but it actually is more versatile than that, you can select iced coffee which I assume makes a stronger brew since it needs to go over ice or you can select hot coffee which I assume is more of a standard strength. You can use K-Cups or it has baskets you can use for your own ground coffee. It’s unclear to me why it is being promoted as iced coffee only.

   It’s a nice small size, it has a nice water feature, it works well I just wish it made the larger size easier. We have a problem brewing the 8oz. The coffee taste good, wish I would have purchased something else. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

   The area where you put your cup is small, we can’t use a couple of our larger mugs because they hang out over the front, and although they probably wouldn’t tip, they might.
   And after the coffee finishes brewing, it drips. For a long time. And yes, of course it has a drip tray, but who wants to be constantly cleaning it?
   I can’t figure out how to get it off 8oz either, but that has turned out to be the best size for making a good strong cup of Bulletproof coffee.
   BUT this is much better than the Kurig I sent back, which ceased to function around day 28. This new one actually sucks up all the water in it’s (large) tank before it demands more. I’m happy with it, but am mildly annoyed by the flaws.

   The SHARDOR Single Serve Coffee Maker is a fantastic addition to my kitchen It’s easy to use and I love that it’s compatible with both K Cup pods and ground coffee also the 50 oz water tank means I don’t have to refill it often and the option to brew hot or iced coffee gives me more of a variety and the different brew sizes from 6 to 14 oz let’s me customize my coffee just the way I like it. I also appreciate how easy it is to clean with the removable drip tray and the stainless steel design looks sleek and modern making it a perfect fit in my kitchen overall this coffee maker delivers great quality coffee every time and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile machine!

   Works great, has greater water capacity than previous unit it replaced. Being able to select 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14 oz pour is very handy when you just need water or prefer a certain size coffee or tea. Previous unit (different brand) self destructed due to running it with insufficient water. This unit just shuts off.

   *UPDATE* after my original review, the company reached out to me to let me know that they were redesigning their coffee pots to include larger sizes for K cups, they sent me a new one, this is a fantastic coffee pot. I am so glad that they changed their design, and what spectacular customer service, I couldn’t ask for anything better. I highly recommend this coffee pot and this company. I am a very satisfied customer 😀 * original review * Very disappointed, No where on the description does it specify that you can only brew 6 or 8 oz with a pod, they say 6-14oz sizes to choose from, but they are referring to a pot of coffee, not the K-cup. This will not work for us, we only use K-cups and use 10-12 ounces on many occasions. If I would have known that you can only brew up to 8oz with a K-cup, I would have never ordered this!

   I followed all of the instructions to a tee and nothing. I’ve gone through 3 illy pods, which are not cheap, and still no coffee. I packed it up and sending it back to coffeemakers.us.com. I had to order another Keurig for same day delivery. So annoyed!!

    Had previously owned a keurig, but the model I had was very bulky and I wanted something thinner. This was the only small stainless option I could find and its perfect. I love that it chimes so I can hear when my drink is ready from the other room.

    I’ve had too many Keurigs breakdown after a year. The Shardor single serve coffee maker is really good so far. You can still use Keurig pods, the water reserve holds a lot, the water comes out really hot, you have several options for the ounces you want to brew, and the screen is electronic and easy to use. The ONLY complaint I have, is the little tray you sit your mug on – the silver is peeling off the tray, and the white is showing on 1/2 the tray. Not really sure why this happened, but I’ll start looking for a replacement tray.

    Could not get this unit to work correctly. I had one like that previously and loved it . I returned this unit. Didn’t fill the cup, didn’t work at all, or lots of grounds in the coffee cup. I spent the extra money on a keurig combo because I occasionally like to make a full pot.
