I wanted to get away from using questionable plastics & BPAs in my coffee making routine. From the coffee maker, to the coffee pods also adding to landfills. So this coffee maker is perfect. I suggest watching the video on making your coffee. (They suggest adding your coffee filter , and pouring a cup of hot water over this first, to heat the ceramic ahead, then pour this excess out, add your coffee grounds, and hot water.)

It’s fine. Much smaller than it seems and way over priced. Also not a huge fan of the filter design. Do yourself a favor and buy a ceramic pour over from a local ceramist or something

it really is a pretty little thing and it does make too small cups of coffee in one pour… it has a pretty glaze and is aesthetically pleasing in its shape… they say that it’s five and a half inches tall in the description but the one that I received was only four and one quarter inches tall… that’s quite a difference… but I was so happy to see it arrive in a very sturdy box inside of another sturdy box and the friend came over and we had a delicious cup of coffee together…
