I have bought on before, but this one from start to finish was bad. Ordered this item and said “by” Friday. Well it turns out “by Friday” actually means on friday. Box was damaged, product seemd ok. Two weeks later, it stopped working. Went to return the product and wanted a replacement until i found out it would take a week. Got a similar one at a retail store (actually better). Changed my return order to a refund a) first rep said nope return the 2nd one then we can issue your refund. Sorry not acceptable. B) 2nd representative was wonderful (jessica). She was like yeah no problem, i can stop the 2nd delivery and get your money returned within a week as well. FINALLY a human WITH A BRAIN!!!!! I told her supervisor thank you and what a good job she did.
But the product is still crappy.

I love the variety of the coffee you can get in the pods and the one in the break room never gets cleaned so it stopped one day and myself and a few others bought these. I love that you can take the rubber seal around the needle off to clean. It doesn’t have a reservoir unless you want to refill it with one cup but I leave the lid to to let it dry and so far so good. Just the right size for a 12oz cup or thermos – you can see the water levels, I put in about the difference in the creamer so it’s the right level. Good purchase so far.
