   Have been looking for a machine for sometime now, and after seeing some reviews I took a chance on this one. Couldn’t be happier. The Tuni E2 came packaged securely and rather beautifully. It comes with everything you need to get started pulling a really nice shot. The E2 has a relatively small footprint so it fits just about anywhere in my kitchen. The suction cup feet are appreciated and help quite a bit as the portafilter can be a little tight to fit and remove, but I still need to keep a good grip on the side of the machine when doing so. The machine itself is light weight with a plastic body and I’m interested to see how it hold up over time, but as of right now I have no complaints. It seems to be a pretty solid build and looks pretty in my kitchen. It does have a nice metal group head for those wondering. That being said the E2 comes with a wonderful portafilter. Hefty, solid, and a firm fitting set of baskets that will go nowhere when knock out the pucks. Though it comes two different basket sizes for single and double shots, I have only used the double. The single holds my paper filters quite well at the tamping station though. The tamper is absolutely gorgeous for something that comes stock with the machine, wood handle with a great feel and decent weight to it. Pleasantly surprised by this. The bean scoop and leveler is the only….eh thing that was supplied stock. But even being kinda light weight plastic and awkward it has become my go to for getting beans out of the little designer bags for weighing out my brew each morning as the handle is quite long enough to make it pretty useful as the bag gets lower. The machine warms up quickly, and I’m impressed with the easy to adjust the temperature settings between the stock setting of medium, low and high heat. The ease and ability to program in a custom brew time is also handy. It only took pulling a few shots to dial this machine in and gain familiarity with what to adjust when rotating out to new beans and different grinds. The steam wand is impressive as is the milk pitcher that comes stock with it. While the pressure here is unadjustable, the output is impressive and after learning to work fast I’ve been creating some really glorious textures in my milk foam. I have been able to register the machine with Tuni but hope I never need to use the warranty. The manual does also come with some parts lists should things need repair. Again I hope this is never needed. Customer support has been in touch since receiving the machine with tips, and assuring my user satisfaction. At the moment I feel confident that that, should a problem arise, I have a good source for reconciling it. All in all this is a five star machine easily worth twice the cost. I’m incredibly happy that I took the chance. If you are looking for an amazing espresso machine at what seems to be a very budget friendly cost this is it.

   My morning coffee ritual for decades has revolved around a series of moka pots. A few years ago I got an expensive espresso machine from a big and well known brand that I had for all of 5 days, returned because I would wake up to the contents of the water tank having emptied all over the counter and floor. I went back to my reliable moka pot. Subsequent study of commentary from users had me wary of any brand. I got this one because the features are comparable to the most expensive and best known brands. It arrived well packaged with clear and concise instructions. 4 button controls are intuitive. Power; single shot espresso; user controlled espresso shot; and steam wand control. water reservoir is ample for days and days of use. One feature I really liked is the coffee basket retaining spring. NEVER NEVER NEVER will you accidentally discard the single/double basket when pounding the used grounds into a receptacle to discard! IT IS THERE TO STAY, until you want to swap sizes. Acessories are well designed well made and well finished. Machine is very well made, modern design makes it a lovely addition to beautify any countertop.

   Had previous espresso machine experience and was looking for a 58mm dual boiler machine. Was skeptical for the price but willing to try. Not disappointed, and surprised on how good it turned out. Built quality is superb, beautiful design and slim design. Great expresso shots on the first try. And milk steamer worked flawlessly. Great product!

   I love the look and feel of this machine. I love the dual heating system and how after you’ve pulled your shot, it’s ready to steam right away. I love the pressure gauge as this is a feature I did not have on my previous machine. The portafilter is heavy and substantial. I’ve never had a dual spout, only pressurized and bottomless portafilters, so I’m getting use to having to remove the basket to make sure there’s no liquid left which is new and kind of a hassle but not that big a deal. The accessories like the tamper, which is also heavy and substantial, and the milk pitcher are a wonderful addition. Notes of concern: I’m not sure if it’s because of the dual heating system but the machine does get hot and overheats if you try to pull a shot right after steaming. You have to either let it cool down or engage the cool down function by double pressing the steam button. Not a HUGE deal, just something to consider. SO, this is my 2nd machine as the first one that came in had an issue where the seal/gasket in the back of the group head became damaged just after a few attempts at pulling espresso. The first time, there was a POP then it would leak out of the back. I didn’t do anything outside of standard operations, so I chalked it up to just a faulty piece. I did reach out to the manufacturer but their response took longer than what I was hoping so I returned the unit back to coffeemakers.us.com via a phone call. Unfortunately, the rep wasn’t able to process the return as an exchange so he had to refund me and I had to re-order, which was fine. Got the new machine a few days later and am super happy. The espresso I have pulled comes out wonderfully and I look forward to many many more!

   I have loved a morning latte for decades, but have never pulled an espresso shot myself. This machine seemed like a good way to educate myself a bit. In the box you get everything you need to make espresso drinks – except the coffee and the skill. I started off with the signature espresso blend, pre-ground, from my favorite local coffee shop. But I didn’t get good pressure on the filter, and the shots were weak. Grinding a bit finer at home solved that problem. Pulling a decent shot was now simple. The next issue was getting the milk hot enough, with the right amount of foam. Again, the machine was fine, but I had to realize that this takes longer on a little consumer espresso machine than it does on the commercial machine in the shop. But in the end, after half a dozen tries, I had made my first pretty good latte. My spouse said, “It’s creamy!” You can see in the photo that the Tuni E2 takes up no more space than a medium-sized Keurig coffee maker. I can’t imagine how its footprint could be any smaller. I can’t yet say anything about reliability or durability. But if this machine gives a few years service making the occasional latte or cappuccino, then it’s a great value. My only negative impression is a very minor one. The pressure gauge, while generally indicating whether the pressure on the filter is OK for a good pull, doesn’t have any numbers. It says that the unit of measure is bars, but the divisions aren’t labelled, so you don’t really know what pressure the pump is developing. Again, this doesn’t matter at all for making my latte. It’s just something an engineering nerd like me would find interesting.

   Believe me all, this is the most amazing espresso machine in the market, very high quality materials, Italian core components, and for the price this is Unbeatable I think Breville and De’Longhi are threatened by Tuni. The most important thing they don’t rise the price, Don’t buy Bambino or Bambino Plus the price of them are ridiculously high and it’s 51mm and believe me this is higher quality and less than half the price. You get everything with this machine, 58mm dual heating elements and the top of the machine really gets hot that is amazing for pre heating cups The Heating time is about 1:43 minutes, the steam wand is more than commercial grade and you don’t need any extra tools everything cikes with it to start your journey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tahnsk Tuni for being existed, btw (Tuni support) is amazing just as coffeemakers.us.com customer care

   I received the expresso maker packaged very well. After going through start up procedures. I made a cup of coffee. The coffee was good the machine did a good Job. However one of the reasons I purchased this model was for the pressure gauge. It does not work! The package was not banged up. It works, just doesn’t show if you are in the correct zone which is important to the grind and pressure. The hot water function does not work either. Not sure this was such a good deal for the price!    I like that this TUNI E2 Espresso Machine has a 58 mm Porta Filter and the pump it uses. I hobby of rebuilding Italian made super-autos like seen in the first photo I attached, it’s one of several I have and with a single button push it grinds then puts out a very tasty lungo. It also uses a premium Italian made Ulka pump. I choose this manual espresso maker to see if I can pull a quality shot. I liked that I could get the water temp up to proper temperature but it’s inconsistent. The pressure gauge works well and I pulled some good shots. The thing is you do need to know what you are doing. Grind setting, type of coffee, when it was ground can all dramatically impact a shot. I wanted to try other screens and porta-filters but while it’s a standard 58 mm it appears to me it is proprietary and therefore limiting what I can achieve. The other thing about manual espresso makers is a good burr grinder is a must and that will cost. Pre-ground espresso if you select just the right one may work but its results will change quickly days after opening and if not just the correct selection you are waiting until its used up before more trial and error. This machine looks nice and well made but has a bit more plastic content to the exterior housing than I prefer. It has heft to it and suction cups help hold it down but supporting the top with downward pressure is required while locking in the porta-filter. The color and size of the machine is nice. As far as ease of use I prefer my super-autos but the cost of each is 10 times more. That said, my super-autos have very good built in grinders and no mess so for me the ease of use is far superior and after numerous adjustments are dialed it the consistency is every cup with slight bump to grind settings. In close as seen in the photos I attached I extracted some nice shots with a good body and rich crema and when temp and correct pressure along time of extraction it has the flavor, taste we enjoy in espresso but its tricky.

    I got this Espresso Machine to replace my basic Delonghi machine which has a similar price point. This one is quite a bit nicer. The whole thing feels well made. It has a similar base setup with a slightly wider deck which allows for a bigger water reservoir (1300mL). It also means a bigger drip tray. But, the biggest reason for the wider size is probably the dual boilers, my previous machine only had 1 boiler which had to be switched between the steam wand and the pressure head. That took a lot of extra time and to switch back from the steam wand required letting it cool down for a bit. So this is a big improvement. The steam wand produces great steam and is much more consistent than my previous machine which would occasionally run out. The pump is a 20 bar pump compared to the 15 bar pump of my previous machine which means it can produce a lot more pressure. The machine also comes with a pressure gauge which is really nice for figuring out what you are doing right/wrong, but doesn’t actually allow you to set it. It also has a PID Temperature control system so that it is more consistent as far as temperature goes. It has 3 temperature settings, but doesn’t have a way to set it by degree. The machine comes with a nice metal tamper, a nice 2 shot 58mm basket and handle. The spoon the machine comes with is cheap plastic, but the little milk pitcher is pretty nice. The steam wand comes with 2 nozzles. A 1 hole nozzle and a 2 hole nozzle (which allows for more dry foam). It also comes with suction cups on the bottom to help keep it in place on your counter. The touch controls are similar to my previous machine though I did notice a tiny lag before the button for the steam would turn the wand on and again a tiny lag before it turned off. Overall, I am really happy with this machine for the price point it gives you a lot, compared to my previous machine. I, especially, love how easy it is to switch from steam to coffee extraction and how well the steam wand works.

    What a rollercoaster ride this whole experience has been, if you are considering buying from Tuni at all, I would recommend reading about my experience with them. We got in the machine and started to use it right away – no matter the grind of espresso we used, we couldn’t get the machine to reach the red portion of the pressurization gauge. We have an espresso grinder that uses blades (not a conical one) and we tried every setting with no luck, the needle would barely move. We then bought preground espresso and had better luck with that – it moved a little but still didn’t get anywhere near the red section. We used a scale to measure between 18-19 grams, as the manual recommended. So my husband called the customer service number in the included booklet. No one answered so he left a message. We didn’t hear anything for about a week so he called again, still no answer and he left another message. Then maybe another week went by and I went to their website and used the chat window to try and get help, I was told to screenshot all our messages and send a video to an email. The next day I got a message saying someone will get back to me but not to worry, they would make sure they fixed the issue. Then I got another message saying I can fix the issue by buying their $130 espresso grinder. I was livid. The customer service is to just have me buy more of their products that I already have doubts about? I genuinely feel like there was something wrong with my machine and that’s all I could get from them. So I just left it at that with trying to contact them and wrote a review here of everything that had happened in detail with a video and photos showing the problems. Now all the sudden I start getting prompt responses from Tuni. Once I posted it, they wrote to check up on me and make sure I got it to work – plainly they saw my review that I had not. I was just done and didn’t respond. I had continued to use the machine, still struggling with it and then about 2 months in it started spurting boiling hot water every time it was used, splashing me a few times. So I updated my review with the video and info and then finally wrote them back saying the machine is now just a pile of junk waiting to be dropped off at electronics recycling. They immediately wrote back offering me a new machine and the espresso grinder they had suggested I buy earlier. I accepted hoping the combo would work, still wondering if my machine was defective or if it really needed to use coffee only ground with their grinder, or any other conical machine. I was told they would send me tracking “the next day, without fail” – they did not. I waited 2 days and checked in and at that point they sent it over. I do have to say the packaging is gorgeous and the machine is really good looking. The grinder is just as nice looking and overall I do like it a lot. A big issue is much of the espresso machine is plastic and depending on the grind, the portafilter filled with 18 grams of coffee might not fit into the machine easily. You have to really force it, this could be what led the original one to break and spew hot water. I found their grinder really did work with their espresso machine and it’s been reaching the red zone each time. I wrote back saying it arrived and I was starting the process if experimenting with the grind levels and amounts added to try and get it to the center of the red range as every time so far it was at the far end tip of it. I said I would update my review once I did a bit more research and experimentation. So then they started emailing and emailing. 6 times in about a 2 week period hounding me to update my review. Over and over, specifically asking for a positive review. To their credit, they replaced the original machine and sent the grinder. But you have to give them a bad review online for them even to get back to you with any service questions at all. And then they won’t leave you alone until you give them a positive review? What an exhausting experience. There have to be better, more reliable machines and companies out there to buy espresso machines from at this price point. I would honestly look elsewhere. The espresso does taste great but wow, such an awful experience with both the machine and the representatives. In the end, the portafilter is the best built, heaviest high quality one I’ve ever seen – 5 stars It comes with an amazing, equality high quality tamper – 5 stars It comes with a nice plastic scoop and tamper, no complaints but cheap plastic The look of the entire machine is beautiful – 5 stars Almost all of the machine is plastic, even parts that look like metal are silver colored plastic – 1 star The function is so fickle and we are still working to master it – 1 star The espresso tastes amazing basically no matter what – we aren’t connoisseurs but it’s rich and flavorful – 5 stars Customer service is a nightmare – no stars They did replace the machine and send the grinder – 5 stars I feel with the amount of stress and work that has gone into all this, I wanted to leave an honest and full review.

    I got this TUNI E2 because it’s a duel boiler. I love the Portfiller it 58mm!! Work good with my seeker Edge grinder.you can make a shot than move to steam love that future ,No waiting to cool down then steam. The only complaint is extra water on the top of my puck after brewing wish the machine got 3-way valve to relieve water and pressure after brewing!! But you can’t beat the price of this expresso machine Love it and it better than my Breville Touch and Hibrew espresso machine.
