Not worth any stars. Defective! Leaks like a sieve . Instructions say run just water through cycle before using. The water comes out the bottom almost immediately. I want my money back. Also came with white splotches on the black surface.

First one arrived not functional , second worked for about 6 months , not heavily used . Just cheap, cup marking on glass are not accurate either. Spend $5 more and get something better.

The first coffee pot I received had a crack in the water revivor and leaked everywhere over my kitchen counter. After reaching out to CS and being told to box it up and send it back , I did just that. I received my replacement pot a few days later.
This pot will either water just the center grounds in the coffee pot itself or will overfill the ground holder and you’ll end up with a cup of coffee with a inch of coffee grounds in your cup!
If you like to have a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up, you better hook this baby up to a timer. On average your looking at 15 to 18 minutes for a pot of coffee! Yes, you can get a single serve cup as it’s brewing, if you like extremely strong coffee with grounds. Save your money and by a MR. Coffee Maker!!!
