We love our new Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker! It's very sleek and modern and produces a great cup of coffee! It has 5 punctures instead of one for a richer cup of coffee! Glad we bought it!

I’ve used this coffee maker for about 7 months now and I love it! My aunt and my sister both now have one. It’s easy to use and looks sleek on my counter tops. Very well made
Very nice product. Love the look. Love the fact that they give you 2 years warranty that means they're confident of the quality of their product. Don't see why this won't last me for a long time, don't see any plastic parts. As for the coffee it makes well that depends on the brand coffee you use and the user in my opinion. You decide how strong you want your coffee and I think fresh coffee tastes much better so why would you want it to sit for hours before drinking it. If it keeps my coffee warm for an hour then that's enough for me (didn't test this though and don't think I need to). It does leave very very little coffee grounds in your cup but hey we're talking about very tiny tiny parts so I don't think it's possible to pour a cup without a little bit ground coming in your cup. Update: Seems like it does let too much ground through. Don't know if it's because of a dent. Also beware of false advertisement.
After three weeks the pause and pour feature fell apart. Now coffee pours into carafe too quickly.
This is one of those rare products which checks all of the boxes. We use the Pods when on the go, and Carafe on the weekends. Brews both well. The handled water container is easy to remove and refill under the filtered water dispenser on our refrigerator. Nice options on brewing strength and sizes. Compact, stylish and fits nicely on the counter. We’ve had this for about 6 months and couldn’t be happier.
We bought this coffee maker specifically because it would fill large cups of iced coffee and hot coffee. When we use the large cup setting, it only fills a regular cup about halfway. This is about the same as the regular cup setting. I can always cheat and push the button twice, which will fill the cup with more water. Not sure that this was the way it was meant to be used. Is there something wrong or do I just have to adjust how I make coffee, as I have done till now. Maybe coffeemakers.us.com could forward this question to keurig so I can get an answer.
In America our standard 1 cup measures 8 oz which means this pot holds 8 cups at most due to the dropped design filter system into the base and returned as the item had crimps or dents and scratches but shall try ordering another when the price drops, and hope it arrives with less defects.

We have an expensive Breville espresso maker, but it can be a pain to make a drink, especially when you have visitors and need to make multiple drinks. The Nespresso is quite an amazing little machine. It's fast, super good, and easy to clean. It's smart enough to know which pod you put in (espresso, double espresso, or coffee) and make the proper amount of drink. It took us a bit to realize that multiple manufacturers make the same model of Nespresso machine (but they look different). For example - both Breville and De'Longhi make the Nespresso Vertuo Plus. Highly recommend choosing the model with the milk frother - quick and easy, and froths almond milk much better than expected. We chose the De'Longhi based on the way it looks - and we are extremely happy with it. See the images & videos to see how beautiful and easy the drinks are. 10 out of 10!
For cleaning, use, and flavor this item gets 5 stars however overall it gets 1 star, I am not entirely sure HOW but this product was sold to us with a crack on the bottom, it’s too small to notice which is why it took so long to report it. I have been using this for a few months and we noticed that it was leaking in the fridge because it wasn’t happening quickly, consistently or right away we assumed it was an issue with sealing the bottle. However after multiple uses, we couldn’t determine what was causing it, however I was filling it up last night over a paper towel and noticed that the paper towel was starting to get coffee on it starting from one of the corners NOT the spout. Upon closer quick inspection (because I was still filling it up) I could not find nor feel the crack it was leaking through but that was sufficient proof for me to know that the product was shipped with the crack and has had it since the product was purchased. In the image you can see the fluid has leaked through the bottom of the container versus the spout. Which stinks because it’s an expensive product, and I can’t afford to just buy another one due to it being out of the return period. If you choose to get one check it thoroughly.
After one month of use, the lid/cover has broken apart. No way to contact this seller for a replacement lid. For an item as expensive as this, I would have expected it to stay together more than a month.
Seals break down after about a month of use. Really disappointing and no easy way to contact seller.
I'm addicted to coffee. I enjoy coffee a lot, specifically good coffee. Where I am, I only had a Keurig coffee pot. This is when I am away from my main home. It was okay but I found myself wanting to go to a barista to have a delicious cup of coffee. I saw this on coffeemakers.us.com and I immediately ordered it. It arrived in a timely fashion. Thanks to coffeemakers.us.com. Fantastic delivery system. It was undamaged. The first thing that surprised me was its compact size. That's not something to be negative because I needed a smaller coffee maker. What attracted me to this Kotlie was its multi functions. My wife will only drink K Cup coffee. I love espresso coffee. I could not make espresso with the Keurig. The Kotlie will make espresso and K cups. A marriage made in heaven for me. The first thing after unpacking, I read the instructions manual. I was not familiar with the various pod containers. The instructions were easy to understand and helpful. I made my first espresso with the Kotlie. It was delicious. Next my wife made a K Cup of coffee for herself. We were both satisfied with the brews. I have been using this Kotlie for more that a week and wished I had this earlier in my life. Let's look at my thoughts about this coffee maker. What I like: Makes multiple kind of coffee, K Cup and ground espresso. I have not used it for the others. Compact size but a full one liter water reservoir. The reservoir is removable and also has a simple trap lid for refilling with water with out having to remove it. The drip tray can be adjusted to prevent splashing when using shorter cups. Operation is easy to understand and make coffee with various settings. Features I would like, a warning light when water in the reservoir is low. What about the favor of the coffee? With the K Cup it is the same as using a Keurig maker. With espresso, it is very good. The espresso is true to being just that. This Kotlie extracts the flavor perfectly. I am fussy with my coffee and this one does not disappoint. Yes you actually have to measure the coffee ground and use the tamper tool. The Kotlie is almost automatic after that. Folks, this is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I have used several other brand espresso coffee makers but this one is by far the best.
I wish the timer on the warming plate could be set for a longer period. It runs for two hours but for my use three would be better.
