I've been using this coffee maker for about 3 years now and have enjoyed many delicious cups of coffee. However, due to the plastic material, it seems like it's time for a replacement. The part that adjusts the coffee flow has broken, causing the saucer to detach. On the plus side, I appreciate that I can easily clean the part where coffee oils accumulate. I think the manufacturer could improve this product by making the top and bottom sections detachable. Even though I'll be purchasing a new one, I'll continue to use this old one as well because it's still functional. Overall, it's been a good product, but the durability could be improved."

  • Purchased this to replace my broken ICoffee machine. It looks nice and doesn’t take up much room on the counter which is a plus, however it feels cheap. I did not hook up the waterline just filled the tank with bottled water for the first cup, added my coffee pod and brewed. When I returned to retrieve my cup of coffee I found a mess. The maker did not poke a hole in the bottom of the pod it bent it and there was coffee and grounds everywhere. After cleaning the mess I was able to brew a nice cup of coffee. Another drawback for me is that a travel cup will not fit underneath. I will be returning the unit.

  • Absolutely love this dang thing! My husband and I only drink cold coffee. We used to rely on a cold brew machine that pumped water over the grounds, and it took 45 minutes to produce 6 cups of coffee. Since my husband works 6 days a week, and drinks at least 32 oz a morning, it became daunting to spend an entire day to make 2 gallons to put into a pitcher in the fridge every couple of days. Now it takes me about 3 minutes to provide enough for a couple of days using this glass fridge jug. I'll let you a know a bit of a secret. It was a HUGE trial and error for me to figure out exactly how to use this...if yall already know this, then carry on.... 1).The filter in this will NOT support fine ground coffee (preground from most places). You need a course ground or whole bean. Other wise, you will get grit in your cup. There are things like tea bags you can use, but I found it a pain to have to order them since I live in a smallish town, and I couldn't find empty bags anywhere. Plus I wanted to save myself from another expense. 2). If you do use whole beans, it's an entire new world of art to get a decent strength of coffee from, and it took me like 3 days to obtain that. I may have done it wrong, but I was over with experiments by this time. 3). I priced coarse ground coffee, and it's more expensive than whole bean or fine ground. Ridiculous! So what I did was find that I can quick grind whole bean on my own (takes about 30 seconds) and I use 18oz of whole beans, grind them in a small food processor (this way I can do a lot at once and not a small amount), then scoop it into the filter, fill with cold water, and fridge it over night. It's ready by the early AM! Plus I would recommend only cleaning this with cold water, by hand (soap of course). It's glass and sits in a fridge most of its life. I read a lot of reviews that people's cracked easily, and I'm wondering if it was due to water temp differences. Mine hasn't cracked or faltered in anyway. Hope this helps!

I have had this Keurig for about a week, at first there was a very strong plastic taste. I looked up some recommendations on how to get rid of it. I filled it almost all the way up with water and 1/2 cup of vinager. Ran that all the way through until it needed more water, dumped remander, rinsed with water, then filled it all the way back up with water and ran that completely through! No plastic taste left! It worked great! We love our new Keurig and have had get-togethers just based around our new coffee pot. Love it!

  • As the title suggests, I bought this in January 2023 and within 5 months and like 3 usage, the strainer part connected to a rod attached to the lid broke off. This effectively renders the French press useless as there is no way to strain the tea / coffee. Buy at your own discretion, might have to replace it within a few months.

  • First I received different item than the one pictured. The one pictured was solid red. The one I received was red with stainless in front. Not sure if that's a newer model or not. I really like the solid red better. So I may not keep it. Seems to work ok but when the coffee comes out some of it flows into the holes on the lid and not directly in pot. So still undecided if I will keep or not. Curious if others have the same issue, and wondering how many received the one with stainless trim instead of solid color.

Would not buy again. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was purchased and only lasted 1.5 years before it quit. We ran out though cleaning/descaling cycles. Still did not work. Called customer service and got no where. At this price point it should last longer. It’s off to the landfill and we will buy a better product from their competitors.

  • I really like the coffee maker. Purchased it for the ability to throw it in the dishwasher. It makes a decent pot of coffee with no weird tastes or anything, but I do have a few cons: - it’s too large to fit under my cabinet. I need to pull it out to fill it where as my smaller 6 cup was a good size for the location. I wish the was a smaller dishwasher safe version. - it tends to leak condensation from the steam around the rim of the lid shortly after the brewing cycle completes. My other Mr Coffee brewers have never done this. - the reusable filter is nice, but it has a solid bottom instead of a mesh bottom or even a few holes. This combined with the 1/4” solid lip up the edges creates a hot water mess when you go to throw the used coffee grinds away as it keeps a 1/4” of hot water hidden in the bottom of the basket for you to find at some point. If those things were addressed, I’d absolutely give this a 5 star rating.

This is a full coffee brewer in the size of other single serve brewers. It looks nice on the counter and takes up much less room than its equivalent competitors. I haven't used the carafe yet, but it matches the brewer nicely and comes with all of the accessories you could need. The k-cup function works very well and brews a nicely flavored cup of coffee. It blows the water out of the cup very thoroughly, so there's no dripping or mess when disposing of the used k-cup. prefer an oversized mug and am pleased that this brewer accommodates my large mugs on the single serve tray. The buttons were a little confusing initially, but it's pretty straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is no "brew" or start button and no power button, so I kept accidentally shutting it off when trying to run the brewer. I got it to go eventually and when I finally read the instructions (probably should've started there!), it does say that it starts brewing automatically 5 seconds after you select the size (ounces) desired. It has an 8, 10 or 12 oz options (no 6 oz). Another thing to note is that it has an open overflow hole at the top of the water reservoir. If you overfill it, it will run out onto your counter before the water hits the top of the reservoir. There's no objective "negatives," just some adjustments for me as a transition from the another company which I've used for years. Overall, this is a very nice looking, space saving, and well functioning coffee maker and I would definitely recommend it.

  • Excellent product quality. The patented double filter really works better than the traditional travel press. :)

Coffee can be a little hot after you brew it but I love the look. It’s perfect!

Great coffee machine, except for the part where the basket for the grounds tore after less than a week. That renders the entire machine unusable.

The product I recived is 220-240v and doesn't work with US electricity 110-120v as they claim on the product description.
