   After reading all the bad and good reviews I wasn’t sure whether to purchase Keurig K-Pod coffee machine because of all the bad reviews but decided to purchase it after searching and looking at others I ended up purchasing this one and so far it’s working perfectly and I love it. It makes great coffee, fingers crossed it keeps working for many years if it doesn’t I will update this post

   We live in a 3 adult home and the 3 presets are perfect. My mother in law is not too old but old enough to not care too much for technology and she was used to her old coffee maker. It took a couple days and now she loves this. We know her schedule so I like to leave her mug on the tray and a fresh kcup already loaded. All she has to do is close the lid onto the kcup, push her preset and she has coffee. We’ve had this machine for 7 or 8 months and on Monday the machine just turned off/ broke. I went to coffeemakers.us.coms return thing which led me to contact Keurig, this is why I’m leaving this review. Their customer service was so great. I had to hold for a bit and wait for a 2nd call but they made it as easy as they could from there. The new machine came in yesterday morning! 4 days from when it broke. The funniest part was that my mother in law asked me to set it up right away because in her words “sorry son but I’m spoiled now and I got used to my coffee” 😂. You do have to descale you machine which can be time consuming but it keeps the coffee tasting nice. I have no clue why it broke but really it was a non issue with how fast the new one came. I love companies that take care of their customers. Good buy imo

   I love this Stainless Steel look. I had an older black and silver plastic-looking version of the coffee maker. I saw this and thought I needed this! It goes great on my little kitchen cart. I have stainless steel appliances so I am slowly finding smaller kitchen appliances so everything coordinates. The upgrade from my older version allows you to choose the strength and how hot your coffee is and has a feature where favorite settings can be saved. The reservoir is squarer than the rectangular style I had. The footprint is about an inch bigger so if you a pushed for space that shouldn’t impact anything.

   Thank you for developing this coffee maker; I love it! In the past, I’ve owned two different models of pod-coffee-makers & this one is by far my favorite! It has a larger water reservoir, a water filter, and it is beautiful! I also love the three different programmable coffee setting/preferences because we have 3 people in the household who like their coffee at different strengths & temperatures.

   Worked great for the first 60 days then, like others, the top got extremely hot and shut down. It will not not turn back on. Very disappointed. I bought Keurig for the name, obviously they are not the superior in coffee makers any more.

    Love the stainless steel look to match with other stainless appliances. It’s a very simply coffee machine and very easy to use. We have been using tons of different k cup flavours and it brews them perfectly. Doesn’t take up much counter space and it fits under my upper cupboards even while sitting on a k cup storage rack. It’s definitely one of the better keurig machine we have owned. It produces a really hot steaming cup of water as well which is useful for certain recipes without waiting for a kettle to boil water. Got it on sale at Christmas so the price was really amazing.

    I like the outside quality of the unit. The features are awesome and it brews a great cup. I am using the My Keurig K-cup replacement and we each brew our own blend of coffee. The temperature control feature is great as is the brew strength adjustment. I don’t like the square tank since it now lengthens the unit by 1 1/2 inches so you can’t snug it up to the back splash. Now I will see if it lasts longer than my Keurig Supreme.
