Except for the carafe the coffee maker was exactly as I expected. It is compact and very easy to use. The glass carafe is very thin and the top of the handle connects directly to the class. Very poor design. I am using a Mr. coffee carafe until I hopefully get a replacement

Love it

Coffee is a must as a mom to two girls and this coffee maker makes it so easy to always have coffee on hand. The instruction book says exactly how much coffee to use and I’m able to get about three 16 oz coffees out of it. The coffee maker fits in the door of my fridge really nicely. The compact design and material it’s made from are high quality. The glass is easy to wash whether by hand or with a bottle cleaner.

This is an amazing little coffee maker. Though it's actually not that little. This is an upgrade from my previous one and I have to say, this is so much better. It's a nice looking machine, and it has some weight to it. Feels good and solid unlike some others I have tried. The color is nice, but that doesn't really bother me. Functionality is great. From ground coffee to tea leaves, this can brew. It even came with a little recipe book for some teas and iced coffees. Always like getting things like that with products because it helps you get the full use of the product, in this case, coffee or tea. I love, LOVE, the bigger water reservoir is fantastic. It brews well, and quickly, and is a lot quieter than my previous one. My biggest complaint, which is what kept it from a full 5 star, is the lack of cup size yields. Meaning, if you fill the reservoir with water to the max, it will brew and dispense the entire tank. I made this mistake with coffee and I wasn't around to stop it and it spilled coffee everywhere. You have to be there to press the button to shut off the brew, which then leads to a lot of dripping. If this had that feature, I'd say this was as close to perfect for me as it would've gotten. Still, not terrible, just have to linger around so you don't make a mess. I still love it and I will be getting massive amounts of use from this thing. Well worth it.

Why 3 stars? I opened my box and the products was exactly like the pictures you see... all dirty, water actually in the water chamber of the machine and the base obviously used and cushioned feet uneven. I did buy a used one in November 2022 a new model and it lasted until October 2023, handle broke off. I decided to buy a more sturdy handled one new, but got this. I did not send it back. I was able to clean everything and my expressos are great. I love the size and it travels well when I visit others. I need my expresso!!! LOL

We love our new Nespresso machine! It is so cute and easy to operate. The price was very competitive and hard to beat. We highly recommend it. The item arrived quickly and was well-packed in the manufacturers packaging. It even came with a wonderful selection of Nespresso coffee pods, which were not expected! This enabled us to use it immediately. Thank you! A+++

Love this versatile coffee pot! We opted for the stainless steel pot since we dropped and broke our last pot. Not only is the stainless steel pot shatterproof, it keeps the coffee nice and hot! I like strong coffee so having the option for bold or regular is great for me! It can take K cups or grounds for the single serve side. You can use for regular size mugs or lift off the base for larger travel size mugs. Add fresh water to whatever side you are brewing, select strength and hit brew, easy peasy! Full pot brews in 11 min and k cup brewed in 1 1/2 minutes. No cons for us so far!

:-) PROS: Very attractive design and colors. -Easy to open and fill up water. (after a few months of debating, I read somewhere they fixed that kink, and that's the reason we proceeded to buy it) -We haven't used yet, but as a preventative measure, we plan to run it with water a few times just to eliminate any possible smell of plastic. :-( CONS: Out of the five stars, we took out two for the following reasons: one star for being extremely overpriced. Folks, face it, we are paying for the looks, because as far as value, most any $35 countertop coffee maker will do. We also took out one additional star for the very gaudy, conspicuous label. When we put all our kitchen appliances side by side the SMEG do look pretty but the letters of the label are so blatantly displayed, it's.... GAUDY. Let's hope they reduce the size of the brand and place it somewhere where the actual product shows better than the name. I'd like to buy more of these appliances, but simply don't want to see my kitchen turned into a SMEG store with those labels soooo visible e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. 🙄 It goes to show, bigger letters is not always better.

I’m going to have to buy a new coffee maker after 6 months because the carafe broke and was having problems with the maker anyway. Sometimes if the carafe isn’t in there perfectly it won’t drip down and gets caught all in the filter. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need something cheap.

April 2025 update: I still use this everyday and still think that it’s the best item I have ever purchased on coffeemakers.us.com! I keep a carafe for coffee that is done brewing so I can brew more before I run out. If you buy cold brew everyday, you need to stop and buy this!!!! I do not buy coffee each day anymore, because I love my homemade cold brew. This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. And my adult kids liked it so much that two of them bought their own for their houses

We just received this model as a housewarming gift. This is our first Keurig & we were skeptical after owning a similar brewer that is not a Keurig. The first cup hooked us on the Keurig craze. It's easy to use & makes a perfect cup every time! I love that it holds enough water to brew several cups, an easy to read/use touchscreen display, & the amazing customer service. 3 days in, we had a small issue with the holder. Customer service sent a new one right out, no charge. Even with the glitch, I love it. Not having to wait 5 minutes for coffee is divine! Picture is my first cup in the new house! I ordered this to have at my office space. I was surprised at the weight of the box when this pour-over coffee dripper arrived. I almost though it was plexiglass but it says it's glass...just very thin glass which came packaged with care. In any regard, it functions as expected. Simple V-shaped wavy ribbed design. Nice enough to leave out on the counter for decor too. Size 2 filters needed.

We love the coffee maker. Does everything it says it will. The customer service from this company it tops! Any questions or issues you have are addressed immediately with excellent results. Would highly recommend the product and the company.

We were very disappointed to open the box when it arrived today and find a used, dirty coffee maker! Returning for refund. How does this even happen? There was an “inspected “ sticker on the outside of the box.

Our new Special Edition Keurig K•Cafe C is a gem. Easy to use and maintain. Our daughters love the Latte feature. It also looks great on the counter compared to our older clunky Keurig. I have read that many people can't get the frother to work properly. I have done some testing on my own and have discovered that only true dairy products will froth properly. Soy, almond and coconut milk will heat, but will not froth properly. Same goes for non-dairy creamers like Coffee-Mate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, only what people are putting in it. To sum it up, hot coffee in 30-50 seconds depending on size and cappuccinos/lattes in 3 minutes. Great product, yummy coffee and less trips to Starbucks, et al.
