Very fast coffee makers, nice color “NOT RED” like the water tank “,it’s very convenient. But, there a chip on the water tank that wasn’t in the description of the resale of this coffee maker. But for 40 bucks, I guess there’s nothing to complain about as long as it works. Need coffee.

If you’ve wanted to make cold brew at home but were skeptical, BUY THIS! I have tried almost every way to make coffee, but was too scared to make cold brew. This product makes it almost too easy. I used 1 1/2 cups of coarse ground coffee, filled it with cold water, and let it brew overnight on the counter. I was prepared for the first batch to at most be just okay, but it was incredible. Super easy to use and to clean.

I just made my 1st cup of coffee and it is delicious and much hotter than my very old coffee maker. Super easy to put together you run at one time one full pot and then from there you make your coffee. I love how the measuring stick attached to the side has measurements for a cup a half a pot a full pot takes the guesswork out. I did the three scoops for an extra large cup of coffee and it was perfect. No more wasting money on Kpos which due to the Plastic I’ve read articles that say it’s not the healthiest. It is definitely worth to purchase and it’s very nice looking. And I love that you can actually see how much water is in the reservoir and it’s easy to remove and fill. And there are no filters for water 💧 you have to worry about. Highly recommend!

I've been using Lavazza for years and had one of their big machines that worked flawlessly for 10 years. Then I've decided to buy a new house and the movers broke my old Lavazza coffee machine. I came on coffeemakers.us.com and when I've looked at the pictures for this newer one I thought: "No way this machine will do Cappuccinos like my old one". But since I love the Lavazza Coffe and needed something smaller, I decided to give it a try. WOW... This new cup technology is just amazing! The Lattes and Cappuccinos are way better than the ones I've used to do and it is a push of a button! And no more machine to clean up after (like the old one). This worked so great that it immediately caused a good problem. Everyone in my family immediately wanted their own cups because they've loved it (and could not wait for me to finish drinking mine to do theirs). So my advice to you is: - Buy it! It is an amazing machine and Lavazza Coffee is delicious! - Get extra cups (super cheap) when you place your order. If you don't live alone, you will need it! I almost never write reviews on coffeemakers.us.com (too busy and never impressed enough to do it). But being able to do an amazing Cappucino every morning effortlessly drove me to write this one.

  • I received the French Press on October 5, 2021 and wanted to wash the carafe prior to using. I was unable to remove it from the base and was worried about using too much force and breaking the glass. I contacted their customer service at one of the 2 contact emails and did not receive a response. I sent it to the other and immediately received a response with suggestions and assured me that they were there for me. I used the suggestions provided and the glass did in fact break. Since then I have sent photos and requests for help over 5 times and have not received a response. Below is the correspondence: Mr. Williams, This is our 5th attempt to resolve this issue. Please advise. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Fri, Oct 15, 2021 5:05 pm Subject: Fwd: French Press -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Wed, Oct 13, 2021 2:15 pm Subject: Fwd: French Press Greetings Mr. Williams, I did as you instructed but my fears came true. The glass carafe broke as I was turning it in the opposite direction of the base. Luckily I was wearing gloves at the time. I have attached photos for your review. Thanks , Mike -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Sent: Fri, Oct 8, 2021 6:23 am Subject: Re: French Press Dear Mike, Thank you for your feedback! Please rest assured I am here to support you all the way! Please take the fact that in order for you to use the French press properly while pouring the coffee/ tea, the carafe needs to remain fixed in the stainless steel frame. In order for you to wash the French press properly, you need to pull the carafe out of its frame, by rotating the carafe and the frame in different directions, using a certain amount of force. Also, there is a possibility for the residue to be between those two surfaces, in case you never pull the carafe out of its frame for cleaning. Could you please leave the French press for a few minutes in warm water and soap and then rinse it properly before trying again to pull the carafe out? Any residue might have some impact on the pulling-out process. Please let me know if this works for you! Have an excellent day! • I liked that it clearly said "unbreakable". I didn't like that I accidently knocked it off the kitchen counter (36") onto a carpet and it shattered into many pieces. If you buy it because you're clumsy and it's unbreakable, just don't!

  • This coffee maker is versatile and convenient. My favorite thing about it so far is how personalizable it can be. With this machine I can use the pods or I can just use ground coffee, thanks to the reusable filter included. I can also adjust the amount of coffee that I put in the filter. It comes with a mounting dripping tray that can be removed to make room for the tallest cups. The operating instructions are pretty straightforward: there's only 2 buttons, one for each type of mode (pods or ground coffee). It is one touch and done; and it brews super fast. Unfortunately, it does not beep or warn the user about the water reaching the minimum required. I have to sit and watch it. The base of the coffee machine is anti-slip, that is a plus to me, it makes it safe to use in my busy counter, and it doesn't take much space. About maintenance: I learned about the self cleaning function on the website, apparently for this function I would have to press both keys at the same time (haven't tried that yet). No problem cleaning the reusable filter, I just have to wait for it to cool down. I am not sure if the seller offer a replacement for the filters... The water tank is transparent, with 14 oz capacity (decent size), and I find it convenient to be able to see how much water is left in it. However, I think it would have been nice if the reservoir was removable, it would be very annoying to clean this tank if there was sediment or mold on it. In addition to this, the lid for the water tank opens to the front, so it is kind of uncomfortable to fill. So far, I have used this machine on the Ground coffee mode only. I love that it is an affordable option for making coffee in a hurry, because it works fast and the flavor comes out perfect. I hope it lasts because I am planning to keep using it multiple times in the day.

  • Looks nice easy to set up and quick. Update: the handle is very wobbly and it does seem a little weak when the carafe is filled to 10 cups.

  • This machine is perfect for people who are real coffee aficionados or have barista experience! Makes an amazing cup of coffee that is tailored exactly to your preferences due to its customizable features. Even without a lot of experience with coffee, you can still use it by doing some research online about the basics of coffee grinding and brewing, and then experimenting to find the right settings for you.   BEWARE: This machine is semi-automatic! It is easier to use than a manual machine. With that being said, there are still several manual stages that you have to know what you are doing. PROs:  - Eliminates going to the coffee shop as it provides the same, or even better, level of quality. - Color touch screen with saved configurations makes it super easy to use. - Makes different types of real coffee and allows you to save customized configurations.  - Comes with self cleaning for the brewer, milk frothing and water descaling.Life saver!  - You will be notified when the tray is filled up or water level in the tank is low. CONs:  - Expensive if you are not planning to use it that often.  - Hard to get technical support and customer service is not that responsive.  - The water could be hotter. Preheating your mug in advance might be a solution to this. - The self cleaning of milk frothing is not well designed which makes a mess everytime. - No way to update the firmware yourself. Its a great machine overall. It has allowed my wife and me to save money by not having to go to Starbucks and other coffee shops!

I’ve had this coffee maker for only 2 months and the heating plate is already chipping! It looks old already!! I had expected more from this brand. However, it’s easy to use, the coffee brews quickly and is very good. I just don’t know how long it will last since it’s showing wear already.

  • Its pretty and it works as it should. I haven't tried heating it up over a fire but it takes boiling hot water from my kettle really well. No cracks. I would suggest using a coffee filter to get a completely clean pour.

I really like this coffee maker, it could only be cheaper and the coffee could be hotter in the part that filters the coffee, the espresso part is hot, that is, the coffee comes out hotter than the other part. Since it is a modern coffee maker, the temperature on both sides should be the same. Other than that, it is very practical and fast.

I used to have another Mr. Coffee maker that lasted 20 years. This unit is designed a little different you need to make sure the arm will not move the filter. The basket is a little on the small size for the filters. It also fits one way. I like that I can open the lid while the unit is brewing and add more water if I want more coffee.

  • Got this for Christmas 3 days ago. Broke on first use. When I pushed down the plunger separated. Upon inspection, the plunger has two large white cracks (see pic) around the steel nut preventing it from holding. I would not buy it again as it is made very poorly.
