My original Zojirushi Coffee Maker worked perfectly for 20yrs, sadly like all good things, it came to the end. Pricing other brands, with similar functions this was approx <$20 more and I felt with the history of my original I was happy with that. It arrived next day (thankfully cuz I don’t function without coffee) and it was better than pictured. Made a perfect pot of coffee, kept it hot all day (even warm the next morning). The instructions said to unplug when not in use, which annoyed me thinking I would have to reset the clock daily, however to my surprise, the clock auto sets to the local time. So happy to have my new Zojirushi coffee maker!

  • DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PERCOLATOR. I purchased one in 2023 and the glass top has broken/cracked three times. The manufacturer replaced the glass top the first time, but refused to replace it the second time. As you can see in the photo, there's a large piece of glass that broke off inside the unit; on top of the coffee strainer. This results in a potential serious injury. I've contacted the Consumer Products Safety Commission and submitted a complaint to investigate. However, the manufacturer hasn't expressed the need to either recall the unit or to improve the product; to avoid any risk to the Consumer. Hopefully, they do; but if not, I definitely would not purchase it.

  • I'm a coffee lover! And this high quality and beautiful design coffee maker it's perfect when I want a smooth black coffee in the morning! Highly recommended!

  • This percolator works well and the coffee is hot. It doesn’t shut off automatically which is nice. I like the fatter bottom and narrower top. It took a couple pots for me to learn to pour slower or it’ll spill but now it’s fine. The only complaint is the basket stem is flat on the bottom and it makes finding the perfect spot for placement a little difficult. It’s a minor inconvenience but if I had been aware of it before purchasing it, I would have looked for a different percolator.

  • I’m not sure what went wrong but I cleaned out the pod container and it stopped putting grounds in my coffee. So I’m very happy!

  • This is my favorite coffee maker. I use it every day in my office. it has all the features that you expect - with a few extras. The water tank is big enough for many cups of coffee - making it much more convenient than ones you refill each time. The tank is removable, or you can refill it in place if you want. It comes with 3 modules - 2 for loose coffee/tea, 1 for KCup pods. I usually use the pod adapter, but the loose tea module works great as well. it is a bit difficult to clean, but that's the nature of a loose tea holder, not anything specific to this particular model. Any loose tea holder is going to make you clean the tea leaves between uses. The only con, and it's very minor, it doesn't pre-warn you if the water runs low. It will alarm if it tries to make a cup and doesn't have enough water (see the video), but it doesn't warn you ahead of time like the vastly more expensive keurig machines. The tank is clear - so this is easy to remedy. Just look and see if there is enough water before you press the button. If you run out of water, it's a little complicated to restart - if you have a 1/3 of a cup when it runs out you'll have to figure out which button to press to fill the cup without overflowing. Highly recommended, i love this coffee maker.

I bought this to replace the older version which was one of the best coffee makers I've owned. What a disappointment. For starters, they replaced a lot of the sturdy metal parts with that flimsy foul smelling plastic that you now find in many products from China. It has a strong chemical odor that fills your kitchen (it is still strong after a few days and gets worse when the water heater is running). Also, if you like to use fine grounds or make strong coffee, you're going to run into problems with overflowing. This is because the spray head is way too strong. First time I ran it, I had coffee grounds and water all over my kitchen. To solve the problem, you have to actually order another part from Bunn that restricts the flow of water (you can get around this by wetting the filter prior to brewing but it doesn't always work). Gave it 2 stars because it stills makes a decent pot of coffee when it works.

  • This makes what I consider 2 cups worth of coffee per pot. Which is perfect if you only want 2 cups worth in the morning. It's small, adorable, and makes good coffee. The basket is easy to clean too!

  • I love this! I wanted an iced coffee maker that wasn’t like a Keurig and this works very well. It’s very easy to use, and easy to clean. Gives me enough coffee in one jar to last me through my work week. Handle/lid is sturdier than I expected and has a great seal. Highly recommend!!

Starbucks may have gotten under my skin by taking away the eggnog lattes, but now I can make my own at home. This coffeemaker is more for personal use, but it could not be easier. And the milk frother makes lattes, cappuccino and cold foam from any milk of choice. It’s fast and easy and saves me a ton of money and taste better because you use any coffee you like. It’s small enough that it could even travel with me. I want one for my office now.

  • I’ve long been a fan of cappuccino, and similar drinks. It wasn’t until recently that I decided I wanted to try making them at home, instead of spending $6 a pop at the place that rhymes with Car Trucks. I loved the packaging on this. Very fun box. Anyway, I decided to watch a few YouTube videos to see what I was getting into, and to find out what I needed. After a few videos, I felt fairly ready to take on a cup of cappuccino. When I picked this up, I also ordered a coffee grinder, a milk frothing pitcher( which you will need if making milk based drinks) and a tamper (the machine comes with a basic plastic one, but I upgraded) I followed the cleaning instructions in the manual, and I also gently hand washed all of the removable parts. I did a fine grind on the coffee and packed the filter and tampered down a double shot. My first cup out of the gate I foamed some milk, and then couldn’t figure out how to brew the coffee. What I didn’t realize was that if the single and double cup buttons are blinking, that means the machine is over temp from steaming and needs water released through the steam wand. Once you do the flush, it will let you know when you are good. I used a separate mug to do the flush. Then brewed the double shot onto some sweetener of choice and poured the milk into the mug. I only half knew what I was doing, and it still turned out amazing! I have since made quite a few of these over the past few days and it is really hard to mess this up. Based off videos I watched on YouTube, I am surprised a machine in this price range has the ability to make such a good crema. Overall though, my wife and I are very happy with this mint espresso machine. Easy enough for beginners to make a great cup of coffee!

  • I recently purchased this coffee maker, and it has been what we needed! The stainless steel build is incredibly durable and easy to clean up. I love that it comes with two glass carafes which allows me to brew two batches of coffee for all my workers. Coffee tastes amazing every time. Whether you're brewing for a large group or just need a lot of coffee for the day, this coffee maker handles it perfectly. It's a great machine!

I drink one cup of caffinated coffee in the morning (I'm prone to kidney stones and doctor recommended no more than one caffinated drink a day). The rest of the day is decaf. I love my nice strong caffinated coffee I get from my Keurig. But decaf coffee in the Keurig, no matter the brand, has always been weak. I add decaf instant coffee to my cup to make it stronger. My husband and I tend to drink decaf throughout the day. I bought this for us for decaf. And it works perfect. The coffee is as strong as I want it. Easy to use and keeps the coffee hot. There's only two small issues I have. 1) if I want to brew 8 cups, I put about 9 cups of water in it. Otherwise I get about 7 cups of coffee. So add a bit more water than you think. 2) no auto off feature. I have to remember to turn it off so I don't burn coffee in the carafe. Not a deal breaker. I would definitely buy this again.

  • Buy this, you won't regret it. I search for this for a long time and this is the best one. Makes sun tea, ice coffee, even fruit infused water. Good size, easy to clean and store. Dishwasher safe...sturdy. So nice and a quality product that I bought two more

  • I got this to use in the work break room. We used to have the traditional coffee maker with a glass carafe, it's always a mess in the coffee station. With this coffee maker, no more pouring coffee from carafe and stain the table or carpet. All you need just take your cup to the dispenser and dispenser it after the coffee is done. Even though I still have to clean the big carafe, however, it's not difficult to get it out and it's purely just take it out, twist the top and clean the body and put it back. Once you get a hang of it, it's not that trouble at all. The coffee flavor is normal and it's really depends on what ground coffee you use it. So far, I'm happy with it, no more mess in the breakroom coffee station.
