First off, out of the box the tab that you use to lift the lid every time you want to make coffee, or fill it with water was broken, and we had to send for a replacement unit. Also, the cord is too short, not even two feet long, so we were very limited on where we could put it on our counters with out using an extension cord. I would gladly pay .50 cents more for a three or four foot cord. Other than that, it makes good coffee, and we like the 12 cup capacity compared to our old 10 cup model. I am not sold on the “thermal” carafe yet. My wife likes it because it doesn’t scorch the pot, or coffee, if you let the carafe get too low while the burner is still hot, but that’s what the “auto shut off” feature is for I thought. Another thing, and I have not seen ANY coffeemaker that has this, but a battery to maintain the clock and program settings when the power flashes on and off would be very nice, and I am sure those little battery circuits are available pretty cheap. In the midwest we have power flashes all the time in Spring, Summer and Fall, and having to reset every appliance in the house every time the power flashes becomes a tedious pain in the buttocks. We

  • This is an amazing coffee maker! I’ve used this everyday for the past week and the programming and functions are great. It comes with the ability to pair to an app which then allows for easier programming on brew specifics and makes scheduling a brew incredibly easy. However, the app isn’t required! Everything can be changed easily on the dial settings on the brewer itself. The brew quality is just as good as a pour over and allows for a batch brew with pour over quality. I’ve worked for years as a barista and would say this is definitely the best at home brew system I’ve ever used. It’s quiet, easy to clean, and incredibly customizable. It even comes with several preset recipes based on the roast of coffee and tells you how many grams to use of each bean. I would recommend this to anyone— experienced barista or coffee amateur! Additionally, it looks very sleek and very cool :)

very cool and compact device. This compact coffee maker will come in handy at work, on the road, on a hike, on vacation. It makes coffee quickly. You can use capsules or instant coffee. I chose Starbucks capsules for myself. Now my husband wants to take a travel coffee maker on the road so that he can also enjoy delicious coffee, and so that it is compact and easy to use.

  • Been wanting one for a while and when I saw it on prime deal, had to get it. Easy to use. Amazing coffee and great quality machine! Do not regret buying. Shipping was fast and the machine was packed nicely.

Such a perfect little coffee maker. As always, make sure you run it the first time with just water. Makes really good coffee for as cheap as it is. Is not slow at all with brewing the coffee. I love the matte finish. I specifically wanted this for a small and simple bedside coffee station. Oh and the mug it comes with is super cute! It comes with instructions but this is pretty self explanatory. There is one single switch that you turn on to start brewing. Make sure you remember to turn it off when done. Put coffee grounds in filter. Water. Bam , coffee.

Seriously superior to any other coffee brewer we have ever owned. It is completely modular, so possibly the last coffee maker we will ever purchase. If a part breaks or fails, their customer service is apparently very helpful, just order the part and replace it. The boiler is copper, so it can achieve the proper temperature required to brew premium coffee. This is something I have researched extensively, as we favor a pour-over cup when time allows. From Espresso Insider: "It is cleverly built with two separate heating elements to monitor the heating plate and brewing temperature. These elements ensure to brew the coffee temperature between 198° to 205° and holding temperature of 176° to 185°". For pour-over, we set our Bona Vita digital kettle to 207°F for best results. I challenge you to find another company to come close. Coupled with our Sonofresco roaster and Breville burr grinder, my wife and I enjoy a cup every morning that most folks only dream of or remember that one time from some obscure cafe.

  • Wow. This coffee maker is sleek and beautiful. Well made for the price and very easy to use. Makes a awesome cup of coffee! Just read the instructions and or watch a YouTube video on how to setup and use your new coffee maker. Very easy to use and your definitely going to love it. Only issue I had was the stem that goes into the coffee pot chamber was slightly closed and I needed to use a metal object like a pick to open it up fully. I highly recommend this for yourself or as a gift!!

  • What can I say, it’s a Nespresso machine. Known for its high quality and good coffee - that’s exactly what I’m getting out of it. A Keurig is a great alternative for the budget mindful, but this machine does come out ahead in terms of being a higher quality product with better coffees. The milk frother is next level and makes GREAT lattes. Seems pretty durable and is easy to operate.

This is my first Keurig. I love it!! It's easy and quick. I don't have to deal with coffee grinds and filters anymore. All of the cups I have brewed have a wonderful flavor. I will never use another coffee machine. Oh and the turquoise color is my fav! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review !

This was a replacement for our other Chemex coffee maker that we love, but had a crack in it. Unfortunately, this one arrived broken! Really disappointed!

  • This picture is of the filter after two and a half years of daily use (on the right) compared to a new one (on the left). It finally wore out and grounds were getting between the mesh layers, but that's a good life span for how often we use it. The rest of the coffee maker has held up great and shows little wear. You can buy the pieces individually on their website in case you, like me, break the glass filter piece.

  • Bought this in March, worked fine but a bit slow. Last week started getting a few grounds in coffee, I thought perhaps I hadn't cleaned it well enough, after cleaning all parts I got even more grounds and almost all the grounds from the k cup were in the coffee cup. After checking again discovered the piercing needle was making such large holes it was emptying the grounds into the cup along with the water and started spurting a mess from the under top closure, and only half a cup. So back to another brand. Don't waste your time and money.

Here is my update on my original Bunn review…. Yes, the coffee is delicious, however this machine is SO LOUD when heating the water in the tank. It sounds like we are popping a bag of popcorn in the microwave…not exaggerating! I also started to notice a leak from the underside. Contacted BUNN and they replaced it. The replacement unit they sent had a broken warmer plate light (1st unit’s light worked great) and we burned our fingers twice because we didn’t realize the burner was still on. That’s dangerous. Again the unit was extremely loud. I contacted them again and included photos and an audio video of how loud the unit was. I have owned Bunn units for years and am familiar with how it should sound. They sent out a third coffee maker and wanted me to pay for shipping!! I respectfully declined and they relented and sent a shipping label. As I unboxed the third coffee maker, a strip of the plastic trim along the top edge was cracked and broken off. The unit makes delicious coffee and honestly, I’m kind of tire of dealing with them, so I am just keeping the unit as is. Bunn is a good coffee maker, however the company really needs to up its quality control. I hope they get their act together. I bought my first Bunn coffee maker over 40 years ago. Did some research, read reviews and decided to purchase another. Set up was quick and easy and this morning I brewed a delicious quick and hot pot of coffee. Streamlined and efficient, I’m very happy with it. Highly recommend and don’t pay attention to the reviews that say the hot plate light isn’t bright enough. As you can see in my photo, the on/off blue light is very noticeable. It should also be noted that in the reviews, those that complained about the set up or leaving the power on to keep the water warm, don’t understand this coffee maker works on a very different premise than any other coffee maker.

The coffee maker is nice and works but there is a big problem with this ready to brew control. I get it, it's supposed to prevent you from accidentally brewing the coffee by accident but My wife likes to brew her coffee and turn it off before she gets up. She also wants to be able to turn it on to warm it up before she gets some of it. You have to physically go to the kitchen to press a ready button to be able to turn it on. Why is there not an option to set ready to brew from the App? I should have just bought a smart plug and regular coffee maker and saved about $30.00

Really awesome pour-over! Makes fantastic coffee. You have to remove the collar before washing and carefully wash the inside. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend to friends.
