Awesome cold brewer! The design and quality is great. Being able to make a weeks worth of coffee all at once saves me time in the morning. Glad I found this product!
First off I never leave reviews on anything regardless of circumstances, but I had this product less than 24 hours and it broke. I have made cold brew a million times and I saw a deal on this pitcher and I thought it would be nicer than my old one so I bought it. However I made cold brew for today and when I took it out of my fridge the glass was broken. It was in a safe space and I keep glass items in my fridge all of the time. I have never had this problem, clearly bad quality. I was pretty disappointed. But the plastic ones instead.
Dangerously leaks water onto the electrical system!
After having owned several high priced K-Cup coffee makers over the past 10 years that seem to break every 2 years, I opted for a traditional brew style maker and I don't regret my decision. At a fraction of the price, this little steampunk 5 cup brew master offers simplicity in a world of chaos. With 3 flavor settings to choose from--brown water, morning poo, and hair on your chest--you'll be ready for whatever your day throws at you! So easy to use, even a raging hangover won't stop you from brewing a pit. Simply lift up the lid, insert a small cone filter or use the included reusable filter basket, fill the carafe with water, pour into the water tank, close the lid, slide the carafe into place, adjust the flavor, press the power button and then press the brew button and watch the blue flashing led ring come to life!
We have had the flexbrew coffee maker for a little over 2 months now. The concept is good but the pod design is awful. Because it doesn’t have the normal drip hole in the middle of the pod area it gets clogged quite often and then we have coffee all over the place because the liquid can’t get through the spout. And there is no easy way to clean it because it does not lift out. I would not recommend this coffee maker at all. If it weren't past the return date I would definitely return it because we spent a lot of money on this. I think the issue is the removable pod holder has the hole in the middle but the lower part has the hole in the front (as shown in the pictures).

As someone who’s used many coffee makers, and is not compensated for this review, I am well-qualified to recognize the value of this product. It’s a superbly crafted, compact coffee maker that suits the hustle of busy professional life like mine. Its size is ideal, not imposing yet capable, and there has been no malfunction to speak of. The cord length is just right, allowing for easy placement without cluttering the counter. Here’s to many years of enjoyment with this stunning addition to our kitchen. Thank you, Holstein, for this gorgeous appliance! ⭐️☕️🌟💫🏅
Great looking machine, but when it comes to making the coffee, it falls flat. After cleaning the system and flushing 6 or 7 full water tanks, it still smelled like a burnt garden hose. The press system must not be squeezing the coffee ground, or the system is leaking because the area the grounds fall into is not dry like other expresso machines are. It’s like a swamp of coffee grounds. When I pulled it out to inspect, the whole pressing system was covered in coffee grounds. And this was only after trying out a few cups. The water heat time and milk frothing time is very slow. Final conclusion is I returned the expresso maker and never got to enjoy a cup of coffee with the new machine. D let the looks fool you as it did me.
After 3 months this coffee pot stopped working. Don't waste your money!!!
I had one of these many years ago. Loved it then. Life changed & I moved. I had to start over again, with nothing. My black & decker coffees pot was good. Until it died. Then I had to buy new. I did my research & found the model i previously owned. I knew I had to get it. Bought it, got free overnight shipping. It was on my doorstep before 5am the next day. Brewed coffee is extremely hot. It doesn’t get cold fast at all. The taste. OMG! The taste! So good. Definitely worth buying. Very good investment.
Said to be ‘like new’ just unboxed but broken, dirty and strong smell of curry when removed from shrink wrap. Disgusting.
Very nice and easy to use coffee maker. Highly recommended
I LOVE this coffee maker. Small, easy to use, and SUPER fast, and easy to clean. It's debut trial was during a camping trip. My friends and I all loved it so much more than our regular coffee pot since it was fast and we got a nice fresh cup of coffee every time. I bought the reusable Kcups on coffeemakers.us.com as well so I can use my current bags of coffee with it. One of my favorite purchases so far. I had been debating buying one for a while, but the teal color sold me on getting this one.
Well....we got this hurricane took out the box used it. Was great until we got electricity back and put in the fridge in the top shelf, not full. The glass broke. This isn't a mason jar. Disappointed cuz I liked it.
The good: It works. That's the main thing for me. Even though the plunger was installed poorly, the filter stays level and doesn't let grounds through. If you use normal coffee grounds, the action is easy and smooth. The bad: As you can see from the pictures, the plunger was installed crooked and the letters on the sides are flaking off even before the first use. It also would have been nice if the glass container could be removed from the housing so it could be placed in the dishwasher but this isn't very important as it is still easy to clean. Overall, it works as a French press but I wouldn't buy it again.
I’ve had this machine for a month and a half- Overall a very nice coffee maker. I’d ordered this to replace my pour over system after I knocked over the carafe, breaking it, and deciding that I wanted something less time consuming to make my morning coffee. After a few days, my new machine arrived, in good shape aside from a crack in the lid of the carafe, which must’ve happed before shipping because it was pristinely packed. I considered returning it, but after several days of using my travel French press, I was really ready to be able to make more than one cup of coffee at a time. I ended up deciding to just super glue the crack to prevent it from getting worse, and if/when it does get worse, they sell a replacement carafe. I don’t use a paper liner in the reusable filter, and the coffee it makes is really good. I have not had a dripping issue with the carafe at all, as some reviewers mention. I feel like every coffee machine has at least some people complain that there’s a design flaw in the carafe that makes it impossible to pour without dripping, and I honestly just believe that there must be a fundamental difference in how different people pour, because I’ve only had that issue with one kind of machine in my life. And I’m pretty sure it was user error, as other people in the office seemed to do fine. Tldr: Good machine. On par for the price range.
