Its a great product and easy to use. Im, a tea lover, but i purchased this portable product i switch now to a coffee lover, by the the way i love to use this product even for my work, I try Nespresso pod i love the taste, my concern in the manual says if you press the button 2 secs it heat and extract automatically, its only heating but not extracting automatically after heating I hear the sound its heat. But for extracting you need to push again 2 times to extract. But for me is not an issue, i love to used this product everyday, I recommend this product for coffe lover..

  • It's broken. Can't get it back together nor can I take it apart. I even tried using pliers. I used it everyday. I thought it was a top brand. I guess it's not. Won't buy again. Been using a different brand since July. It's much bigger and was half the price of this one.

I was excited to get my cold brew pitcher and it is a beautiful product. However I'm having an issue of 1. Contacting the seller to ask my question and 2. The filter seems to let some of the ground coffee through. It makes my coffee grainy. I am using exactly what is recommended which is coarsely ground cold brew coffee. I'm not sure if I got a defective filter, if this is common, or how I can get the one part replaced if it is defective. I love the pitcher but the filter is just not giving the result expected.

Seriously regret not purchasing this from a local store. Most would have replaced the broken appliance even if it had been 60 days. It was great for the first 30 days.... but now that it can't be returned it has been acting up. At times it is so loud you can hear it from the other side of the house, sometimes a full cup brews sometimes only have. Keurig is by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, on hold for 30 minutes, and walked through the troubleshooting steps and was told that would fix it. 2 days later it did it again and the LED is messed up. If you buy it make sure you get the extended warranty cause keurig will not be responsive to your request.

  • This is a beautiful set, but it arrived with a broken carafe. It was well packaged, as you can see in the photo, but obviously shattered in transit. I did not even open the package. I don’t want to get cut by the glass pieces. I’m returning it. Disappointed. Update May 12, 2021: I ordered another set, along with some other items (saltine crackers, wheat crackers, etc.) I did this as a strategy to see if my set would arrive unbroken. Yay!!! 💐💐 It did! Everything intact! I LOVE THE SET! ♥️♥️ Now I can give it 5 stars! I’ll try it out tomorrow, and add some more pictures later. I am so happy!

  • We’ve had this coffeemaker for 14 months. It leaks about every other time. The leak is caused by the water container not creating a sufficiently tight connection with the coffeemaker itself. We try pressing down on the water container, cleaning the seal, and so on. Nothing works. Water just drains out onto the counter through a drain port near the seal. This has led to one wooden cutting board ruined through being soaked in water. This seems to be a manufacturing or design issue. Although I’ve had Mr. Coffee brand coffeemakers over the years, this may be our last.

  • I've bought two now, thinking the first one was defective. But this is the coffee I keep getting. Just cold brew. No instructions with product so no way to troubleshoot it. I'll try a different company.

Nice looking press. I knew it was small, but the advertisement does not do it justice. It's about the size of a small cup. Also, the product is glass and was chipped at the top. I found out while trying to wash and slicing open my finger. I could only fit 3 fingers in the press to try and clean. Hope this review helps other buyers. Does the job though...

  • These just came in the mail for me, but I wanted to go ahead and post a short review! They arrived in good condition, and didn’t take long to arrive. And they are even more beautiful in person!! Will update more after using for awhile :)

  • Note this is the C* Lever Dripper, not the Clever Dripper, but similar principle with different mechanics. It ships in a flexible clear plastic box with the instructions visibly printed on the insert. I thought at first there was assembly required, but coffeemakers.us.com shipped this in a plastic bag and it arrived broken with the parts loose in the box. Using some industrial plastic glue I was able to fix the broken slider piece and assemble the unit. What a hassle, taking away a star. The instructions are fine for the basics, but I looked online to find grind information (coarse medium). Takes a standard #4 flat cone filter, conveniently also used in my Bonavita. Produced a cup that is on par with a quality drip maker and approaching pour over. Good alternative when wanting a cup but not wanting to bother with the ceremony and caretaking of pour over; just let it steep for a few minutes with valve closed and drain when done. On first try I thought the valve leaked when hot, since it left a puddle on my scale. After some experimentation I determined the valve is fine and I must have bumped the lever when using the handle. Be aware that the lever is very sensitive, even with the slider fully engaged, so I move mine by holding the sides. Including pictures of the broken part so the manufacturer can address this weak point in the design. I am worried that a drop or mishandling will break this device again. Until then I will continue to use it.

  • I used the #2 filters, (biodegradable & unbleached) for this pour over. I bought this for hiking and camping. I find myself using it @ home when I want a quick cup of coffee. It takes about 2 minutes from first pour to last drip to make a cup. I do not use the metal filter. There is no off taste from the material. I have to admit that this makes some of the best and freshest coffee. I use a 1:1 ratio, gram of coffee to ounce of water. For a 12 ounce cup of coffee....use 12 ounces boiling water to 12 g coffee grounds. May buy another for home and actually store this one in my pack.

Allows grind bypass. Grinds end up in the coffee with the easy clean lift handle in it. I'm sure there are better standard presses for this cost, and that's what this ends up as if you don't want the grinds.

This is a wonderful cold brew coffee maker. The majority of cold brew makers consist of something similar to a French press, with a filter in the middle. My last coffee maker was one of these. No matter how long I brewed it, it never really produced concentrated cold brew. It just never got really strong. I suspect it is because the coffee grounds get compacted in the filter and the water only passes through the filter once, therefore the grounds aren't efficiently used. With this OXO cold brew maker, the coffee and water are are together in a large compartment, not separated. This allows the grounds to completely absorb the water the entire time. And the end result is concentrated cold brew that is VERY strong, and you can add however much water/milk/etc. to get the strength that you prefer . You get more servings of cold brew coffee from your beans than with the filter-style coffee makers. And the carafe lid has a cool little feature. The line that is about 1/3rd from the bottom of the lid is a 2 ounce measure, which is the most common amount of concentrate that is used in a serving of cold brew. This coffee maker is easy to clean (definitely easier than the filter types). I couldn't be happier!
