  • Im genuinely surprised at how quickly it heats and brews the water. It takes maybe 5-6 seconds from the time you press the power button till the time it starts brewing. Im used to Keurigs that take a few minutes before they start actually brewing. I honestly love this coffee maker for what it is. Its cute & small so it fits perfectly in the corner of my tiny 1'x1' end table. For the price, I don't expect it to last more than two years but here's to hoping!

After reading the previous reviews I was nervous to try this press. But luckily mine came undamaged. I have had it now for a week or so and it's still going strong. My end is detachable for easy cleaning and it holds up well in my dishwasher. I've had no issues washing it or it holding hot water. I would get this one again for single use presses. It's a great starter press if you are new and trying to decide if French press is the way for you. Just remember, it is glass so be gentle with it and don't immediately rinse with cold water after your use as this will send the glass into shock and you will have cracked or shattered glass on your hands.

It came completely broken before we even opened the package. There was no reliable cushioning inside the box to prevent this from happening other than one thin flimsy layer of small bubble and some loose styrofoam at the ends. Returning it for a refund. Really contemplating whether or not to buy this again if they're gonna package it like this. Such a shame. Was looking forward to using it the day it came.

The package for this item is awful. This does not look like a new item. I’m embarrassed to give this as a gift.

I recently got rid of my Keurig coffee maker (because it was damn loud, and not for any other reasons!), and was tired of paying for the K-cups. I also wanted to be able to start using some of the more exotic coffee grounds that I have picked up over the course of my travels. I selected the Mr. Coffee 4-Cup because it's small, looked well made, and isn't weighed down with a bunch of frills and useless options. After using it for a month, I can safely say that it hasn't disappointed. It's quiet, easy to program, easy to clean, and makes enough for 2 mugs. It will also keep your coffee warm for an hour after making it. It was also much cheaper than some of the more advanced versions that I researched. Overall, I'm very happy with this machine. Be advised that it doesn't come with any filters, but can accommodate either paper or a basket. I recommend these from Goldtone: https://www.coffeemakers.us.com.com/GoldTone-Reusable-Brewers-Replaces-Permanent/dp/B01MY0BDX8/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1511299948&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=4+cup+permanent+coffee+filter&psc=1

I am not a coffee drinker so purchased this for Thanksgiving guests. Machine worked 3 times and then problems. First was coffee filter filling up with water and no coffee dispensed, then smoke on top of machine. I contacted coffeemakers.us.com but since post return window unable to help (??? really). Then contacted manufacturer who required video to review claim. Wasn't able to upload due to size. Subsequent problem with water tank leaking all over. I sent pictures but manufacturer says video is required, which I am unable to upload. Do not buy from this company, they will not honor returns, etc. despite defective product.

I upgraded to this white Keurig coffee machine two years ago, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The sleek white design is a beautiful addition to my kitchen and blends perfectly with my decor. It's compact, yet holds a decent-sized water reservoir, which means fewer refills throughout the day. The setup was super easy, and it heats up quickly—I'm able to brew my coffee in just a few minutes. The coffee tastes great, and the machine is versatile enough to use with various K-cups or ground coffee (if you get the reusable pod). The best part is how quiet it is compared to other machines I've had in the past. It's also easy to clean, and I love that the water reservoir is removable, making it convenient to fill and maintain. If you're looking for a reliable, stylish, and efficient coffee maker, I highly recommend this white Keurig! It’s made my mornings so much easier and enjoyable.

How would you like to clean this up before coffee! Horrible mess

  • Disappointed in this product. Coffee grounds seep out of basket when perking causing grounds all in pot and every cup of coffee. Of course, this affects taste. Will order another Bunn or stick with stovetop percolator which makes good coffee but makes only 8 cups (?) max. Returning.

After initially giving this coffee maker 4 stars when I bought it (3 years ago) I have now reduced my rating to 2 stars. Is the cracking shown in these photos normal? So far, there is no leaking, but I’m concerned about the future. A well-made coffee maker should last more than 3 years. Disappointed in this product.

We are seniors on a limited budget and thought this front loading coffee maker was just what we needed to make it easier to pour the water in… or so we thought! It worked for the first couple months, then one morning my husband went to get a cup of coffee after normal brew time, but it wasn’t ready. Instead it was making a loud boiling noise and steam was pouring out. He thought that’s weird. So he went to pull the coffee maker out of the cubby and the plastic was so hot he burned two fingers! Yes, he got blisters! We have contacted the company and they asked for more information, so my husband opened the top and took a video. Katrena replied back, thank you, and your warranty is void because it has been disassembled. I have all the emails, this is a horrible way to treat seniors. Trying to help them figure out what is wrong with their product. They ask for more information just to void the warranty!!! Do NOT buy their products.

  • Keurig was a Christmas gift for my Florida home, used it for 4 months, then when I came back to Florida for the winter, added water, coffee k-cup, plugged it in, closed the lid that activated it. ...nothing!!! Troubleshooting did nothing. Called Keurig, they didn't care that I only used it seasonally and that it was only used a short time!!! This is not the 1st time my previous Keurig purchase has died prematurely! I guess I am no longer a Keurig customer!! Their machines SUCK!!!

We bought this to use in the camper. Our French press sucked to clean. This is really easy to clean and the coffee is better pour over in my opinion. We already had our electric kettle to heat water, so that was an expense we didn’t have when purchasing this. We keep a cup close by to put the strainer on before we clean it so we can ingest coffee faster. Lol. As expected, the coffee doesn’t stay warm terribly long, but it’s just enough for the wife and I. Great product for the price.

Item was not in New condition. Package had been opened and several of the protective stickers inside had been removed. Box was damaged and was retaped. Should not have been sold as New condition.
