For a beginning at home barista, this machine is ok. Other reviews state that the pressure gauge on the face is either inaccurate or non-functional and I find that to be true. When steaming milk, there is no feature (that I know of) to purge the wand before and/or after use. After about three months of use, the porta filter has completely come out of the handle, as shown in the picture. But I fixed that with JB Weld quickset epoxy adhesive. I believe the heat from the machine just softens the adhesive that the manufacture uses and the handle separated. On the flip side, the shots taste good (I think). Price is affordable. I like the sleek polished stainless steel finish. It's not too big and fits on my counter in my coffee nook. Overall, I give it a solid ok. You get what you pay for. I'm no espresso expert but this machine does what I need it to do and for that, I'll keep it for now
Arrived Broken
This is great! I'm always saddened when my coffee is finished that I bring from home. Now I can simply brew at my desk! This is also great for traveling since hot water is easy to find and will definitely be coming along when I camp! Love love love this! So excited I came across this one late night
I’ve been craving a really good cold brew that I can make for myself and friends and family! It made a very smooth tasting brew that I loved! The product itself is very easy to take a part and clean! Love love love!!
I just opened this coffee maker to find it used and damaged. The lid is scratched, the carafe is dented and clearly has coffee residue inside, the manual has coffee/water damage, the water tank has water residue in it as well. I am requesting a refund.
Works great love it , i recommend!
After 6 weeks started to clogg up. Now time expired to send back!
Perfect 👌 definitely worth it
It takes about 6 min to brew a 8 oz cup of coffee but the flavor is pretty good I used 3 heaping teaspoons of coffee. The on button is a little wonky but it works. FYI: The little plastic piece goes under the front of the base.
Looks cheap, filter system is crooked, will not push straight. The branding/written description is tacky AF ..So disappointed:( but I guess expect $15 results
Coffee grounds already in the coffee pot as we unpackaged the appliance. I was expecting a new device, not returned or refurbished.
Terrible design. Cord comes out of the side of the coffeemaker. Clock does not light up. You have to look at it from counter level to see it. Setting clock involves using on/delay/off button. You press that same button to brew now, which is confusing since its labeled "delay". A red light comes on when brewing now. A green light comes on for delayed brewing. Making coffee should not be this confusing. Havent had my 1st cup yet, so I havent reviewed flavor. My old Mr Coffee had the perfect design, but it started leaking water from the bottom. Needless to say, I will be changing brands the next time I buy a coffeemaker, which will probably be soon. Ugh!
I love this coffee maker. Starbucks French Roast came out perfect. I love the shower head style dispenser and the reusable basket filter. I was looking for a coffee maker not made of black plastic, but I didn’t really want white or red, so this is perfect.
My old coffee maker would no longer read k cups, which is a known issue with them. I had to constantly deal with getting the proper k cups or refillable k cups that would work with the Keurig 2.0 until it just finally stopped reading them all together. This one doesn’t care, it will brew it. Also like that it can brew k cups at 15oz. Came packaged well with no issues. I did note that this felt more flimsy than the Keurig but at a third of the cost that’s expected. I will update with any issues, otherwise, consider it working fine.
The actual product is very cute and easy to hold. The box it came in though looked bent and broken down like someone had owned this before and returned it. I don’t mind except that I purchased the product as “New” so I also paid full price. Just means I will be sanitizing this one a little more thoroughly before using and would NOT recommend sending as a gift unless you inspect it first. Was also sent USPS so it took allot longer to arrive :/
