The percolator wasn’t as pictured; they need to update their website. Also it’s way too steamy; underneath my cabinets was soaked in water so I had to pull it out but I don’t want that much humidity going into my home year round.
UPDATE: The manufacturer saw my review and contacted me immediately. To my surprise, they sent me a brand new bundle free of charge. The new one is in great shape and so far works just fine. It's nice to know there are companies out there who care about their customers and their products! Mine appears to have been assembled badly. The pitcher is crooked in the base and slants to the left. (I don't think there's a way for me to remove it and reset?) Also the measuring scoop/stirring spoon snapped when I was taking it out of the package. Pretty cheap plastic. It seems to work ok overall and frankly I don't have time to send it back so I'll keep it. Just disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship as I had high hopes.
It was not boxed . Box came ripped. Can't tell the damage on the coffee maker eventually
I loved the space saving size. Has short cup syndrome- splashes coffee on counter. See picture for “fix”. Also difficult to pour water into back without spilling - I use a “spouted” measuring up to pour.
Amazing! Really makes good coffee and easy to use.
Nice design. Excellent water levels, Excellent coffee temperature. Very important to wait 20-45 seconds to get the right water temperature.
Though the tank does not stay hot like the traditional Bunn coffee maker, I had, its easy to set the program to be ready when I wake up. The 'Keurig' portion is nice, a little slower than the traditional but it works very well as well. I'm happy with the purchase.

We’ve been Starbucks/Keurig people for years. During Covid we moved away from Starbucks and began concentrating on the coffee we make at home. We bought a Bosch, built-in coffee machine which is in the basement because we’ll have to reconfigure the kitchen to make room for it. We had Nespresso coffee on a recent Viking trip and were so impressed we bought one when we got home. The pods are about $1.25 each but the coffee is amazing! We use a small frother and 1/2 & 1/2 and are delighted with the results. The Keurig we previously used and the Nespresso machine are currently side-by-side on the counter, but we only use the Keurig when we’re in a hurry and just want a quick caffeine fix. We had a Miele coffee station in a previous house & I hated the cleaning ritual that accompanied it. This coffee is every bit as good and nowhere near the mess or expense. We have decided not to install the Bosch machine we bought. I wish we’d discovered this sooner!
This is the perfect automatic Turkish coffee maker, and it’s a dial unit! No more waiting for a second brew. You can enjoy it together. We had one of these fantastic units in Turkey made by Arçelik. Unfortunately it was 220 volt. No 110 v were available in USA ….until now! We were really excited to be able to have the same quality maker in the USA. The whole unit is perfect, strong, and brews exactly what you select. No guess work. The water depot holds enough for many cups until refill is required. The machine sounds off when your coffee is ready. Hands down there is NO better Turkish coffee maker out there. Don’t skimp. We had to make do with a single unit before, abd despite good reviews, found it to be flimsy plastic trash that started malfunctioning one month into the purchase. Check my review for that. Easy to clean, make sure you use purified water for your coffee. Don’t sweat the price. It pays for itself the first time you use it.

My husband and I had been using a single-serve coffee maker for years, the pods were so expensive and terrible for the environment. We switched to this pour over coffee maker a while ago and haven’t looked back! The glass is sturdy and survived a few bumps and accidental slips during a rinse in the sink, and stands up to the near boiling temperatures needed to make a good cup of coffee. We make two cups at a time, which does require a few passes with the kettle as the top won’t hold that much water at once. The cork is definitely necessary when you go to pour, because the glass gets HOT. We’ve noticed that the cork has shrunken slightly over time with exposure to moisture, but still fits and serves its purpose. Definitely recommend as a jumping point into pour over coffee!
French press seemed to work ok in the filtering department, but quality control must be lacking. It appears the bottom corner was overground which left a small hole. The allowed water to enter in between the two shells and remain trapped. This leaks when hot water is poured in and makes noise when moved around.
I’m glad I upgraded. I was using my Keurig from 2016 so needless to say Keurig has made a few changes since then. I got it in the brushed silver and it looks great with my stainless steel. It was easy to set up although initially I was concerned about it fitting on top of my K-Cup under brewer storage drawer under the cabinet but that was not an issue. The top has multiple cup sizes 4,6,8,10,12 oz and a strong brew button which is nice since I like my coffee strong. The temperature is hot and perfect. I’m really liking my upgrade especially since it was on sale. Would definitely recommend.
