  • I absolutely love this coffee maker! I have always had Keurig’s and those would always end up disappointing me with the k-cups exploding and making a huge mess. Then I went years without having a coffee machine and kept searching and found myself almost trying another Keurig. However, I’m glad I found this one! The reviews are what sold me! The price was too good to pass up. The coffee comes out hot and so easy to set up/do myself! The quality of this coffee maker is great in my opinion! No leaking, no exploding. Works awesome!

Maker displays Descale in window. After descaling exactly per instruction machine shut down and would not power back up! After researching on YouTube discovered it’s a common problem and Keurig is aware??? The water heater has a reset breaker on heating coil internally. To reset you have to remove outer panel (very difficult) and insert a paper clip in hole in center of white reset disc… see picture IMO terrible engineering when this happens to a 3 month old unit that was $170! Keurig has lost my business even tho I got machine to work again!

  • I bought this after visiting a relative that has one. It has replaced a working 8-year-old Keurig Elite and I'm thrilled it has some features the older one lacked. It retains the time after a power outage. The older unit did not retain the time after the smallest of brownouts. I also love that I can power on the unit, insert a pod, and choose my options without waiting for the unit to warm up. It will dispense the coffee once it is fully heated. The older unit required waiting before being able to choose my options. The fit and finish is what I would expect from Keurig. I wish the lid containing the water was hinged instead of having to remove. The older unit had that feature, but it doesn't detract from a satisfied purchase.

Update 7 months later: I’m still loving this press! I use it twice a day and it still works as good as the first day I bought it! No rust, no broken handles, no gritty grounds (use coarse grounds made for French press) - don’t let negative nellies keep you from the best press you’re ever going to own. Coffee stays so warm for over an hour. It’s still beautiful even though it gets used alllll the time. I have given 3 away as gifts so far. This is worth every dime! Best coffeemakers.us.com purchase I have ever made and I’ve made a lot! ——- So nice! It’s beautiful to leave out and it makes great coffee! No dripping down the side as you pour. It holds enough for about 2 1/2 of large coffee cups. Finally a press I don’t have to worry about breaking while washing. I’m ordering more for gifts! This is so much better of an experience than a k-cup.

I recently started making cold brew coffee using the overnight method in the fridge with a French press and have been looking for a way to make it virtually on-demand. This electric Cold Brew Coffee maker fits the bill! In just 12 minutes, about 32 ounces of low-acid coffee is ready for some ice and a bit of cream or milk. In use, this unit takes a LOT of coffee grounds to make two cups of what I would consider to be a medium brew-strength coffee - 9 tablespoons of coarse ground beans (per the directions). By comparison, my Cuisinart auto drip coffee maker will make 60 oz of strong brew with just 5 tablespoons of medium-size ground coffee. Making the cold brew is easy with this maker and setup takes about as much time as cleanup (3-4 minutes). Grind the beans to a coarse setting, fill the center filter, attach the control head, lower the whole deal into the carafe of room temp water, then select coffee strength and hit the Vinci button. Decaf coffee users beware! If like me, you're allergic to caffeine or plan on a late night cold brew without staying up all night, the 9 scoops are going to deliver 20-25 mg of caffeine per 16 oz cup. We know that the decafination process leaves 4-5 mg of caffeine per tablespoon of ground coffee. Use lots of ice or milk for dilution. High-test coffee drinkers are going to get about 225mg of caffeine per 16 oz cup of cold brew if the ground coffee has 50mg of caffeine per tablespoon. Watch out! For both regular and decaf coffee fans, the brew is mostly clear but some fine sediment falls to the bottom of the carafe. Just leave the last bit of coffee in the container. Overall, a great experience and a delicious treat!

  • This is great for making cold brew at home. This is my 3rd one - I like to have a variety in my fridge. Definitely worth it.

We are basic coffee people. We bought another coffee maker the week before that did not have the automatic turn off, so we bought this one(the other is sitting in the basement). We previously had a Black and Decker that finally broke down after many years of use and this was its replacement. Base on our previously experience, we thought B&D would be a good bet, but you get what you pay for. Within two weeks, the lid broke (see picture), and within 3 weeks the "Sneak a Cup" feature stopped working--I thought we could live with it until the lid fell off while pouring coffee this AM--we are beyond return date(and this is not coffeemakers.us.coms fault--they are always great about returns), so we'll probably order another better built coffee maker. Just wanted to warn folks before you bought this. For a frequent consumer of B&D products, I am disappointed.

I purchased 5 coffee makers for my rental cabins, All but 1 (so far) have had to be replaced within a matter of months. The company has sent me 3 new ones after I sent a video per their request, showing the machine not brewing. Two of the three replacements have stopped working. I literally have a shelf-full of nonoperative coffee makers in my garage. The brand is Sboly. When I click on the item from my coffeemakers.us.com order history, it says Sorry we couldn't find that page. Interesting that the image of this coffee maker no longer has the Sboly brand on the front, and the compamy is now just called Boly. Don't waste your time or money. Spend $100 and get a Bunn. It brews a pot in minutes and lasts longer than a few months. It's the brand most office buildings use. UPDATE - another one that they warrantied for me just bit the dust. Seriously, I can see a defective unit happening, but half a dozen?

Pros: It is very easy to use and looks beautiful in my kitchen. Makes a good cup of coffee. Cons: It is a little loud when brewing and it doesn’t have a drip stop so that gets a little messy. Not big deals to me but I can see it being annoying to someone else. All and all I’m bee happy with it

We needed something for an upcoming trip and this did just the trick! Use fresh grounds or pods! It heats the water for you and holds a great charge. We loved how portable it was and how easy it is to use! It’s also super durable, which is a plus if you tend to drop things!

I’ve been so busy using this coffee machine that I forgot to talk about how great it is. I get to set the timer and have a fresh pot ready for myself, my family and my guests. The brew is strong, although you can set the taste to your liking. The size is a perfect fit for my kitchen. The stainless steel design gives the machine a classic look. You can set the time as well. It comes with a reusable coffee filter. The functionality is outstanding, yet not complicated. I am happy with my coffee machine! Wishing you well in your decision to make a purchase 🙂 I hope reading my review was helpful! Happy Shopping 🛍 Be Safe & Stay Healthy 💛

  • Me encanta, el color , el tamaño justo y hace un café espectacular

  • I have used the Grosche French press for years and I break the glass about 2 m. I was ready to buy areplacement glass when I noticed that the listing had a new addition of the Canadian flag on it… Since we are preparing for war with Canada, I was afraid that I may be sent to a prison in El Salvador for treason, even though I’m white, and my family has been here since before the Civil War. I’m not exactly sure where Utopia is , but at least it’s not our sworn enemy Canada… I wonder if Canadians can be like our new friends the Russians, killing innocent civilians , dragging out negotiations and making a fool of the USA. Oh yeah… The new French press makes good coffee

  • I bought this coffee pot because my expensive Kurieg coffeemaker died! It was my 2nd one that I had purchased and I wanted to get away from using the expensive Kurieg pods, but still enjoy a fast cup of coffee! With this one I would also have the option of a full pot if needed! At first I was a bit disappointed because I couldn't find filters that would fit on the single cup size. I was tearing larger filters in half and folding over the excess, but it was messy as grounds still escaped. Not tearing the filter in half and just twisting it closed as some suggest, to me, just slowed the brewing time down as it took forever for it to stop dripping due to the amount of paper the water had to drip through. So, I ordered a small box of the senseo type "fill your own pod" filters. I thought the sealer that you need to use to seal these pods was way too expensive! I read that a lot of folks were sealing the pods with an iron and making up a large batch of pods at a time, so I decided to give that option a try. I found a canning ring (someone suggested this) and it worked well as a base. I proceeded to fill 30 pods, some with regular grounds for my morning/early afternoon coffee and some with decaf for evening cups or for my friends and family who need decaf. This seemed to go well and I finished pretty quickly and was feeling optimistic! But when I started to put them in snack size ziplock bags, two per bag, to keep them fresh, grounds started escaping from the pods! I had to start resealing with the iron all the leaking pods! I was starting to get tired of fooling with all this, and thinking I did not want to have to do this every time I needed more pods! I started using the pods I had made, putting them in the little pod holder that snaps in over the permanent filter that came with the pot. I was disappointed because the pod seemed to shift to the side when the water dripped. This meant that the water was only utilizing a small part of the grounds and the coffe was weak. Not good for me because I like a strong cup! What to do? I thought maybe a smaller basket filter that wouldn't have so much paper to fold over would be better, so I looked for some of those at the supermarket, but couldn't find any. I looked on coffeemakers.us.com and they have them but I found they were expensive and I wasn't really sure that option would work to my satisfaction either. So back to my refillable pods! I tried putting the pods directly into the permanent filter but didn't want to remove the pod holder because I actually had a box of prefilled pods that I had bought by mistake sometime back that my husband was using up, so I left it in and just let it sit over the pod I filled myself. Bingo! Much better! The pod holder kept the homemade pod in place and the coffee was stronger! But there was still the issue of all the work I had gone through to make those pods! So I decided to experiment with not actually sealing them. I put an empty pod in the bottom of the permanent filter, leaving the flap opened so I could fill it with my grounds. After putting in the grounds I flipped the flap over the grounds and then let the pod holder sit on top of the unsealed pod. Brewed my cup on the bold setting and anxiously awaited the results! I am pleased to say it worked perfectly! I had a good, strong cup of coffee and no grounds in my cup! Now to check the difficulty in removing the used grounds and unsealed filter. Hummm! If you try to lift it out, you will have a mess! To avoid a mess I simply grabbed the edge of the filter, standing over the garbage can, and SLID it sideways into to garbage can. No mess! I didn't even have to rinse out the filter! Problem solved! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to go through all this to find my solution! No problems at all on the carafe side!
