I have purchased two from same vendor. Both filters have broken with two months. Poor quality. Unfortunately my return time-frame has passed.

I like this machine until the on/off button was broken after 5 months of use.

Looks, works and taste good. What else can I ask for.

I’m very pleased with the Kismile 14-Cup Coffee Maker! I like how well this set up works to make my cold brew coffee. The stainless steel filter keeps any coffee grinds from escaping into the coffee and the filter is super easy to clean. It also fits in my dishwasher as well as in my fridge. I also love how easy it is to my tea! Great purchase for a very reasonable price!

Very cheap and prime delivery. I bought this to replace the one my wife broke. But compared to the old one, this one is built much worse. It's harder to clean because the filter doesn't unscrew and it's also not as fine of a mesh so it doesn't brew fine ground well.

I really wanted to LOVE this product, but from day 1 I have had difficulty with the cap seating properly and especially when the filter is in place. It is now past the return time so I am stuck. This morning I as I was going to place a fresh batch in the refrigerator a removed my hand from the bottom while holding the system by the cap handle and the entire glass bottom fell off and coffee water and grounds went everywhere. Luckily, the jar did not break. After cleaning up the mess I tried re-seating the cap to no avail, my husband tried his hand, nope not happening. If you take the filter out you can get the cap to go on properly, sometimes it will still leak and you will still have to unscrew it and put it back on again. Not sure I would try this brand again. Seems like the brands I have seen several folks use online do not present theses problems, may be time for a new cold brew system. So now it is cover it with plastic wrap and a rubber band and back to the fridge. I have given it 3 tries and it was definitely not a charm

Comfortable

When I first the price I thought it would be great. However after owning this “coffee maker” for a little under 4 months my views have change. In order to get one cup of coffee I have to press the button 3-4 times for a normal size cup. It is a waste of time and money.

I am a Mickey Mouse and Minnie mouse fan! So of course I loved it!

I purchased this coffee maker to replace my second Keurig that start brewing or if it did brew it only brewed half of the water that I put in. This coffee maker bruise hotter than my Keurig and faster and a lot quieter, oh this is so quiet. . This is a no-frills coffee maker, it is really small and larg coffee mugs might not fit in. Included in the package is a rubber Matt for your coffee cup, this seemed like an after though because it moves around easily and sometimes get in the way of my coffee cup. Hopefully this last longer than my Keurig coffee maker‘s.

This coffee maker does a good job in nearly everything but nothing more. Though I really like how the flavor of the coffee comes out after making it. The experience was pleasant and I was able to brew my coffee without making a mess and it was relatively easy to use and clean afterwards. Although it gets the job done and doesn't sacrifice too much. I dislike the fact that it doesn't have an option to make only one cup of coffee because most of the time that's all I need. So overall this is a good product that does everything pretty well but doesn't have the features or quality to make it worth 5 stars.

I like the gooseneck kettle with a temperature gauge. I love this carafe it looks like an Erlenmeyer flask with a handle. The stainless reusable filter is unique in its design and the fit to the carafe is excellent. I also like the silicone holder on the filter, is a thoughtful feature. It holds 8 cups. I rinsed and cleaned it and boiled off a test pot before making my first cup and I was not disappointed. I do not know how the same coffee tastes so much better than from my drip maker. This is a great gift for any coffee lover. I have used it twice today.

I love everything about this system: - NO Plastics! Yay! - Double layer filter that traps the fine debris. Check out the video of the filter doing it's magic. - Two glass containers so that I can brew for the full 24-hours - Easy to clean - Compact yet not too small. - Fits easily in the fridge. The best part is that there is no fighting about how strong the coffee is - everyone can use as much or as little of the concentrate as they want. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this was broken when it arrived. It's truly a nice French Press and I was excited to use it. I don't fault the product. Sometimes these things happen. If anything changes I will update this review. For now, I'm just bummed.
